It’s always a great relief to make a break from the family to hit the racks any time I want. The equipment is always working and weights are racked and easy to find.

Go ahead and keep all your big name gyms. The community and ownership behind K4 has me absolutely floored. You want people at the gym who will encourage you and make some good friends? They’ve got you. You have a problem with equipment or need assistance? Owner is just a text or phone call away. New equipment coming in, always clean restrooms, as well as clean environment, ready to use at any time of day. Truly an amazing experience and glad to call it home.

K4 fitness is an awesome family gym! Something for my whole family! My daughter loves dance/tumbling and my 3 boys love doing hapkido! It’s very well maintained and very clean! It’s open 24/7 which is a big plus! They also offer unlimited fitness classes! Everyone is so friendly and the owners are wonderful!

Great place to workout. Clean, well maintained, great variety of equipment, and even better staff. Mike and Jeremiah are motivating and helpful. Plus it's 24/7, hot shower with great pressure (it matters). And the other members have all been the best of any gym I've experienced. Not one a**hole in over a year of frequenting this place. (Bonus: Two young men were asked to leave for snickering at a lady starting her weight-loss journey. Her comfort was prioritzed and those boys learned a lesson and were allowed to return)

I would not go anywhere else! This is a great place. I feel comfortable going, I am thankful they allow our children to attend for free. They also work with you if needed!

I’ve been a member of this gym for a long time. The owners treat their members like family. They are always working towards improvements and bringing in classes that the members want.

K-4 Fitness is the first gym I have ever gone to and I’m extremely glad I chose them to welcome me into my fitness journey. The environment is amazing, the staff are super nice and helpful, and the owners are very personable.

This summer I have gone to K-4 almost daily and It is always clean and tidy which is so nice for every gym goer. They have everything that you need to improve whether you are a powerlifter, casual lifter, or someone trying to get in some cardio.

Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get into weightlifting or just looking to improve their overall fitness.

In town visiting and needed to get my workout in. I text the owner at 8 am, got a quick reponse, and was able to visit the gym this morning. Super convenient. The gym had everything I needed to get a great workout. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. Great spot if you're looking to workout near Warrenton! Thanks for the hospitality

Highly recommend the gym. The owner is valid to respond to you, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I must say they have a variety of classes, and each instructor will meet you at your level of athleticism. The ones I attended were Biyo, Zumba, weightlifting, and dancing, and I loved it all! I also highly recommend the very safe and overall lovely staff. For the price you pay, you get a lot out of it, which I think is worth it!

This gym is a much better gym than any of the gyms I've visited in the past. The equipment is top notch, super clean, and in working order! Sounds simple but this is the only facility that I know of that gets that right. It's open all the time and it's never super crowded so plenty of free machines. It's also a breath of fresh air to workout in a place that smells this good. Everywhere else I've been smells like really dirty laundry. Found a new home.
