I struggled to communicate with them I would call and my attorney will never be in the office so they would always tell me he would call me back. I would never get a call back I had to keep calling till I was able to reach them. When I would go to the office, I noticed that they did not look professional at all. Everyone would be walking around in slippers and basketball shorts. My case took over a year to get settled and that was because people in charge of my case kept leaving the firm so they would assign it others to it and they would always say that they hadn’t gotten to my case yet. I think my case was passed down to 4 different people the entire process. Till at the end, finally a girl took the case and she did communicate with me and we got done in a month. If the others would have communicated, we would’ve finished way before. Maybe this was just my own experience but I still would not recommend them.
