3The hotel was SUPER dated. The building itself was kind of run down. Definitely in need of some repairs. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation. The check in process was extended due to that. The person helping had to get the manager so many times that it would’ve been easier the the manager just came out to help me themself. There were white bugs flying all the entrances and exits. The shower didn’t work in the first room. They moved me to a second room it smelled like smoke the shower wasn’t working and the the internet didn’t work in that one. The third room had ants and no microwave. The staff weren’t that friendly. I have stayed at other Marriotts and have had a GREAT experience. This one however was not worth it.
What a rip off hotel! They charge for parking ($12/day) internet ($9/day and breakfast ($18!). I've never seen a hotel where everything that would typically be complimentary is being charged. I would have assumed that these services would be covered by the quite expensive room rate. What a joke! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
New Airport is beautiful. They still don't really have it figured out how to get picked up.
The shuttle drops you a long way from ticketing.
Also, if you have to go around, there is no easy way to get back to the airport.
That has to get fixed!
