Kansas City Coin Laundry

Sucked! Washers & dryers don't work properly. Cost me $13 to do 1 load of laundry. They charge for dryers on Sundays. I'll go back to my laundry place!

I knew this laundromat wasn't the best but the best one near the NE, in North KC, recently closed down and I needed to get laundry done. The laundromat was quite busy even though its machines are expensive even with the free drying. The free drying you have to sit and watch your machines to restart the ten minute cycle. You can put quarters in the dryers for more time but apparently at your own hazard. I tried to buy more time and the dryer only gave me one more minute. I asked the attendant if I could get my quarter back, and she started her reply with, "You're not supposed to do that so it's your fault and we don't have to do anything about it. " If she had just said sorry no, that would have been one thing, but she instead blamed me for not being aware of a rule not posted anywhere. Never coming back here.

Best laundromat. Even when busy, it's never a long wait to access a washer in your preferred size. The free dryers are also very nice.

10/27/2022 This used to be the laundromat that I'd be at every week, bcuz at one point I lived almost across the street from it and I didn't have a car. At the time it had some very rude employees and at the time the other consumers wasn't all that great neither. But I went about a week or so ago and from the looks of things it's gotten quite a bit better, so I'll continue to go every week and see how it goes

Great place. Not busy this time of night, clean, and the dryers are free everyday except sunday.

Staff is friendly and always busy if there's a problem they try to figure it out immediately.

Went to the one on Independence Ave at 10: 50pm the laundry attendant said they were closed and turned off the open light. I have been doing laundry there for over 6 years and the sign in the window says last load in by 11. They need to monitor their attendants especially the night attendants. Watch your cameras if they have volume listen to if they don’t have volume upgrade them so you can see and hear how your customers are being treated.

The best laundromat I've been too Kim is the best always good customer service she keeps thee place always looking nice and clean. I recommend this place for everyone in kcmo.

I really like spin cycle because the dryers are free weeknights all night long till closing and it's remodeling, costly

It was busier than normal but the free dryers work better than the ones you pay for so it's worth it! Plus Tristan (an employee) helped me get new baskets and carried and loaded my laundry in my truck for me. Which was VERY HELPFUL as I have a broken leg and he seen me struggling! As for the washers they work as good as any other laundry Matt and run the same as they do everywhere else so when I can this is the one I have chosen for the past 3 years now!

The change machine took my last $20 and they said they couldnt see it they'd have the manager call me. Nobody ever called me and they told me nothing was found when i showed back up. Ridiculous

Super friendly staff. My car wouldn't start so one of the staff that works there tried to give me a jump start but was unsuccessful due to the fact that I needed a new starter

Dryers work well washing machines are new and believe it or not it rather clean for the ave

Have to go by&check them out, they have excellent helpful attendants, well a couple of them are.new equipment &free dryers Monday thru Saturday, Sunday you have to pay.

It's a great place it' has great prices, just like anywhere else in this town though, you got to watch your stuff! But it's a very decent place it's clean where it needs to be clean people abuse and disrespect the cleanliness and don't try to leave it that way but that's just about anywhere if you treat them right they treat you right and the prices are very decent 24 hours makes it five stars to me

I'm over the moon about the FREE! MASSIVE! Large DRYER'S! Stainless steel commercial grade washers looked like they were shined daily. I'm not exaggerating one bit.
