Dr. Erickson has always responded quickly for unscheduled visits and requests for information both over the phone and online.
Been a patient for about 10 years and he has taken good care of me.

Beth, NP is fabulous, however the billing department is not. I have been through the wringer with the billing department, so has my insurance. I called billing everyday for 3 weeks and have left numerous messages for a return phone call, which never happened.

Dr. Erickson’s team has met my needs both in initial and follow up ways that meet my needs when first calling for an appointment and after the appointment, clarifying my questions in a timely manner.
And at my appointments he explains my condition, answers my questions sometimes repeating information for me more than once when I ask him to do so.
He’s a professional with a kindness First!

New post June 2023 - such a pleasure to be able to go to a doctor visit and be checked in quickly and with a smiling face. I was seen in just a few minutes and had my issues seen and the solution quickly given from Dr Erickson. I am grateful to have a truly caring doctor that is on top of his game. Thank you Dr Erickson for the solution to my issues, I am starting to feel better already.

Quick and thorough but not rushed. Front office staff is great! Med Tech gave painless vaccinations! Beth Moreland answered all my questions and is always so helpful and honest about my health and how to improve and stay healthy!

Another great visit! Wasn't urgent but my appointment scheduled in just a couple days. All the staff are absolutely amazing people.kind, professional, caring and efficient without rushing me through. I so appreciate that kind of courtesy!
Update: Annual physical today. Great experience (for a physical) in and out quickly. Bloodwork done in the office. Results posted on the portal the very next day!
Update: I used their early morning walk-in clinic this time cuz I really needed to see Dr. I was seen quickly by Dr. Erickson. Again, everyone was caring, kind, and helpful. This is the best practice in South KC!

I've been going to this practice for a few years. The staff, Dr.s, lab techs.everyone is caring, kind, and helpful. I see Beth McGinnis, P. A.for my regular and immediate health care needs. So helpful with a great bedside manner. She does telehealth calls when it's an urgent matter or when it makes more sense than coming into the office (like when I had a sinus infection during the height of Covid). There is also a Laboratory lab in the practice so you don't have to go somewhere else for that.convenience is important to me. Easy to get to in South KC and located at St. Joe Hospital if you do need it. I highly recommend Kansas City Family Medical (KCFM)!

I have been seeing Neal for almost 30 years. I trust him fully and he’s a friend. All my recent visits have been with Syreeta and I feel the same about her. She’s very good at what she does, professional, and has helped me everytime. I highly highly recommend her to anyone! Great person and great Doctor!

Had my first visit yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised how engaged all of the staff were with me, from the receptionist, lab techs and nursing staff, and especially Syreeta. I felt that she took the time to listen to me and my concerns, she engaged in a conversation to get to know me and she made me feel very comfortable. My labs were drawn that morning and I started getting results the very next morning to my health portal. Was able to directly message Syreeta when I had a question this morning and am hopeful to get a fairly quick response.

I had problems setting up the portal while still at the office and the front desk staff fixed the problem and made sure I could access it before I left! Thank you for making the process of changing to a new primary care doctor such an easy, seamless and positive experience.

Mrs. Van Ross was AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Very personable, she sat down with me and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. Her nurse, he was amazing as well!

Dr. Erickson has been my doctor for 25 plus years. He feels like family to me. He is very smart and caring- now he is extremely busy in his practice because he is very well loved - might feel rushed at times so just write down your concerns and he will address them. He just is a work horse and takes on a lot of responsibilities and patience. The practice is very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

With all the problems of exercise.how to cope with arthritis and general aging… he always has time to listen… he help me understand my sister with dementia and when my husband is in the hospital with digestive problems… his ability to listen and has a pure purpose of helping you to be well

Not only do I work here but the care that I am given is amazing! Dr D’ Angelo is the BEST! I trust him with my life and will be having my husband see him as well. He’s very patient, thorough and listens to you and not rush you out! He will be my doctor forever!

What can I say? Dr Neal Erickson is great, not only a great and experienced professional but also a great person who takes time and does everything you need to feel comfortable and sure about what he is explaining or doing. Dr. D’Angelo has been really helpful to me. He always listens and orders/makes the referrals for what I am needing. This is the first doctor I’ve wanted to stick with when it comes to general care. He is so knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor.
