Kansas City Music Hall reviews
15The show was just wonderful. I went to see Mannheim Steamroller. The show was great. The tickets are easy to purchase if you pay for garage parking. You don't even have much of a walk to get inside
Love this venue! The bathroom attendants are amazing at getting everyone in and out during intermission. Can’t wait for our next concert!
Really enjoy the art deco design, light fixtures are very notable. But, seating a bit close and sight lines to stage are blocked in the lower seating areas.
The venue is in serious need of an update. I would keep the art deco feeling with some modern upgrades, like more bathrooms.
Saw a musical here and it was an amazing venue, parking could be improved and concessions aren't terribly well placed (lines were blocking stairs and the handicap ramp) but a sizeable yet cozy theater with great acoustics.
A giant performance space. Unfortunately some shows do seem to be swallowed up by the enormity of it. I also wish the ushers would pay attention to patrons being on their phones during shows and talking etc
The only thing I have negative to say is that the seats we chose were too close to the stage. I would advise sitting from row 10 and higher.
We arrived early because I couldn't get my tickets to load on the ticketmaster app. The box office was very helpful and we were through security in short order. All the helpers were friendly and knowledgeable.
City hall with industrial rustic look like it. Beautiful hall and bathroom were clean just it’s a big space so lot of walking. Attend NIO summit 2022
Great spot to host a conference, with classic architecture and a unique feel! Really liked the proximity and retro feel of this place. Didn't get to use the staff only experienced the hosts.
Saw the Temptations musical recently. Wonder experience. Yummy Cabernet at intermission and the line for the bathroom went very fast.
Love the ambience of the Music Hall. I don't believe there are any bad seats. The view of the stage can be easily seen from any seats. Went to see Ain't too proud, the story of the Temptations and it was fabulous. I took an Uber so I don't know about parking but I did see there was valet parking available.
When we arrived for the aint too proud to beg the life and story of the temptations we were all ushered to the elevators well the elevators took forever and I didn't understand how come some of us who wanted to go up the stairs weren't allowed. I had been to this music hall several times but this was the 1st time that we were directed to several bathrooms I thought it was just the only one which is what they had been telling me through previous shows so that was nice that they had people pointing the ways to the extra restrooms they had. I thought the ushers, ticket takers, the bartenders were very nice I applaud them they did a great job
Great venue to have shows. The ushers were great, very friendly and took you where you needed to go. Thank you, for a great experience.
Beautiful music hall. Saw Ain't too proud an excellent show. Lovely stairs, good seats, close parking. An enjoyable evening.
