Three months into a working relationship with Karen and Kiley, the morgage "rules" changed. I was no longer qualified. I did not find out until 2 months later on the day before we were set to close on the house. They couldn't give me a reason why I wasn't told immediately, though they acknowledged they knew I would be affected by the changes. I could have been trying to make other arrangements during that time. Luckily, I found a bank that approved us. I just wanted a place to call my own after couch surfing through covid.

This was a shameful display. Look elsewhere.

There is so much to say about Karen and her team. When they working for you they are behind you all the way. My soon to be wife and I were so very fortunate to be a part of home owning and honestly there were times that we didn’t think it was possible. However Karen found a way and above all she was probably one of the most positive and helpful person to get us through times we didn’t understand. With saying that it was because we knew absolutely nothing about home owning and what was expected of us and the process leading to the approval. Whatever we went through the ups and downs of the process Karen was always there. Always had the answers or approach to combat underwriting. One thing we always had was faith in Her and her team. They worked long hours when they didn’t have to, they would have our back when they could have threw in the towel, and when I say they never backed down I can promise you they never will. She’s like Sun Tzu for loans. We are ever so grateful to have had her and if we need anything we know she is literally just a phone call or text away. We have been blessed with her and I hope you make the same decision as we did.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Quick pre-approval process especially with VA/ military loans. Got us to the closing table in under 45 days. There were some occasional miscommunication errors between myself and an individual on her team but was straightened out when I brought it to her attention. Overall happy with the work Karen and her team did for our family!
