15 Jenie Bruce is a very judgmental person. I don't approve of being judged by anyone I don't know and someone who doesn't know me, besides the information on a piece of paper. It would be better if she would try the approach of getting to know her patients instead of labeling and judging them based on situations she really has no idea about.
I can’t really say anything good about any of the other people that work here either. I just put up with them.
I was seen by Dr. Jessica Berney twice, & each time this woman was EXTREMELY rude to me, & ridiculed me for my Marijuana use. This "Dr. " claims that I was vomiting bc of my Marijuana use, & not my severe anxiety. She literally said that Marijuana causes ppl to become nauseous! The only time she expressed any emotion was when she mentioned what my psych there thought of my Marijuana usage, she smiled when saying that he doesn't like it. Marijuana is LEGAL, & no one needs to be ridiculed for that! This woman has NO empathy for her patients, & that worries me for other ppl.
I've had no issues with Dr. Bruce. A lot of reviews don't make sense to me. She is understanding and professional. My while family comes here when needed. Will continue to do so, too.
I expect dr. To be professional. Not tell a person with a broken bone to"maybe get it rechecked else where" then proceed to act like a child yelling. Dr.hendricks should not be a dr.
Do not go here
They made an emergency appointment for me then when I called the next morning for my appointment they were “ too busy” after the fact that they made me this appointment because my face is swelling up from my gums.
Thomas Angela is a good doctor she does help very I recommend you should go here to the mobile unit Warrensburg
We take our 2.5 year old son here for pediatrics and Dr. Kashani is the BEST in town. The staff is always nice and do such an amazing job with my screaming toddler in the room. The rest of the clinic staff is super nice and helpful whenever i need a fast appointment.
Worst phone customer service you possible could have. Always so snobby and attitude on 10! Have some respect your working for people who calls the phone to schedule the appointment. Have some decent respect not once in the last 5 years have I had a good experience with Katy trail. -0 for rating you all suck.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I called on a Thursday they told me to call back on Friday around 7 am. I made 4 different attempts at a phone call between 7 and 7: 05, nobody answered. So I called back at 7: 50, they told me they’re all booked up and to try again next Friday. Why? So my call can be ignored again? What a joke.
Just awful.
They don't care about your health. Just your co-pay. They never would respond to my calls. I'm a traveling worker. And I need a Doctors office to be responsive.
They are always behind on their schedule. They dont take time to listen to the patient. They seem like they have no interest in the patients.
I’ll give them a three simply because my visit was actually really pleasant, the scheduler and nurse were super sweet and walked me through what would happen after my rapid covid test. I was told I’d have my results by 5 pm today.
4: 30 rolls around and I haven’t heard anything back. So I call, the automatic message said I was calling out of business hours for the covid team, I tried the front desk…15 minutes later she answers and I tell her what’s been going on and what I needed. She transfers me back to the automatic covid team message. SOOOO I call back again and I wait another 15 minutes on hold for her to tell me that the covid team already left for the day and that my best bet was to wait until the morning. I explain that I have to be at work way before they open, that I need my results to ensure I wasn’t putting anyone in jeopardy especially since I have a lot of senior citizen customers.
Why aren’t covid test results not a priority? I can deal with going to work sick as long as it isn’t something serious because losing out on another day of work wasn’t happening. Y’all were nice when I could actually get ahold of someone. I’m just so confused on why it’s so hard to get an answer out of someone?
There alright but they horrible on picking up their phone and listening to people after I told them I'm in school most of the time so they can tell my mom anything but they don't listen
If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. You sit on a call for at least 20 minutes if not more even after they open just to get an appointment. And it is sorta an emergency.
It's horrible. I'm trying to call, but I can't get through to them. I'm trying to make an appointment for my kids. I haven't been able to get in for over a year now. They are always busy.and they always tell me to call them back next week. What are they paid for. Horrible.
