Alexander was a God send. He was attentive, patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He sat with us for hours while deciding on a ring and remained enthusiastic about us finding the right one. I can’t imagine having gone through the process with anyone else. He was a blessing to say the absolute least! We will be visiting soon

The worst experience I’ve had anywhere. Was repeatedly told it would be ready in 2 weeks, after the 2 weeks it wasn’t ready and they’d say 2 weeks again. We were lied to repeatedly, certain information wasn’t explained to us at first, we ordered our rings in late December and we finally canceled our order at the end of March because they still weren’t in. This isn’t even the only issues we’ve had, just the most significant. I will never use Kay again

Alexander and Kevin help me with my loose diamond. I have shopped with Kevin for more than 20. Alexander and Kevin helped me to decide to go with a lab grown lab, I’ve alway wanted a 2 carat plus. Alexander listened with everything I wanted in a diamond. Ordered several loose ones for me to pick from. It was not an easy choice. Kevin helped me with the decision too, with the mounting of the diamond. It make you feel extremely thankful you have an amazing team working at Zales.

Drove an hour and a half for a ring inspection since my nearest store closed and worked with David, who initiated a wonderful conversation. A couple weeks later, I didn’t receive the confirmation email and called to double check. Michelle spoke with me and wouldn’t end the call until she made sure I was all set. I really appreciate the customer service at this location!
