I took my wedding ring into Kay's for repairs. I had lost a diamond out of the wrap and the prongs on my solitaire diamond had gone flat and the diamond had become loose and when I went in and spoke with Stephanie she made me feel very comfortable about leaving my ring with them for the repairs she told me that it would take about 2 weeks for the repairs and in fact it took a little less than 2 weeks to get my ring back and the ring looks brand new and they did an amazing job with the repairs. They made the process simple and my experience was amazing with them Ed and Stephanie and their team was amazing and again my ring looks wonderful and thank you guys so much for the job that you did I would definitely recommend everybody to Kay Jewelers for any repairs that you might need done on your jewelry.

TINA VERWERS.she has done it again! OUTSTANDING customer service! I dropped a ring off a few weeks ago for re-sizing and it was finished prior to the promised pick up date. I have since then returned to see her and drop off my wedding ring to be re-sized, sautered, and the prongs fixed cause she noticed when I picked up my new ring that I was about to lose the stone on my wedding ring! I hope that TINA is here at this store for MANY MANY years to come! I appreciate you TINA! YOU ROCK!:) :) :) Perfection as promised & EARLIER than the promised pick up date (6-21)!
