I took my wife's stuff in to be cleaned and the acting manager told and my wife she and her store will no longer do it take it to Springfield mo.i paid alot of money for warranty that they sold me to take care of my wife's stuff.if your looking to buy for your love one stay away from this store and company.i have called the complaint line several times to speak to a district manager and no call back from the district manager.if you vaiue your money and love one stay away from this company and what bothers me the most it our 25th anniversary and that store and there employees could care less I had something special picked out for my wife and these employees could care less.go somewhere else they said they were done taking care of my wife and I they don't see with out customers like me they would not have a job and the manager could care less.thanks Kay jewelers Branson mo for taking my money and ruining my 25th anniversary with my wife.
