KC Master Kutz Barber Shop Kansas City

Kevin is the owner and Barber. I have been looking for a shop this professional for a long time. Great cut, professional business. Top notch service and highest quality in their equipment as well. Master with the shave as well. Only shop I will be going to from now on.

Came in for the first time last night and told DC what I was looking for and he lined up a master piece.

I called KC Master Kutz in a panic after a poorly executed at-home buzzcut. In addition to having brutalized my own hair, I was scheduled to hit the road for vacation in a few hours. Dwayne told me to come in, and within moments of talking to him, I knew I was in great hands. He took his time and checked on how I was feeling with the cut as he progressed, telling me a bit about his barbering journey. The man has a passion for people and the service he provides, and his skill with both people and a pair of clippers is glaringly evident. Additionally, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, fun. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering it.

We had a great experience today.even though the barber I originally booked had to call out sick, someone else took my son within 10mins of my original appointment time. Dwayne took 45min on my sons hair, making sure everything was lined up perfectly, joking with him and encouraging him through his first haircut. Also, the shop is nice, clean, and everyone was very professional. I will definitely be taking my son back again!

Hands down the best fade / razor fade I have ever gotten and Dwayne was as personable as it gets. I HIGHLY recommend this place

A very clean male Barber shop North of the River that can handle any type of hair they were courteous. This random dude hit me up, and was like nice cut I look good. I appreciate his work and I want to say that because often times, people don't say when people do something good and this dude did something good,!

Went in expecting a fresh modern cut from this place, as I am new to town and came out looking screwed up. Paid $30 for a “Great Cl/Walmart” level haircut. I don’t know if the lady was new/fresh out of barber school or what. I had to tell her to even out one side as she lacked symmetry and left a chunk of hair on the top back of my head sticking out. I also told her I wanted a fade with only 1 inch off the top and she just cut it one length the whole way on the sides and back along with about 2-3 inches off the top! Please listen to what clients want instead of doing what you want! Disappointed and will be going to another barbershop. Save your money and your head, go elsewhere instead! I should known it was gonna be whack as soon as I heard her talking to another barber about how they thought Nicki and Cardi were annoying.

Great barbers. I use Kevin for my haircut and my son uses Jayden, the rest of the barbers always have clients on their chairs. It is about 99% appointment only. Always meets appointment times, very clean shop, you must hand sanitize prior to entering. Only barber shop I use in Kansas City.

Kev has cut my hair for about 5 years now. Highly recommend his shop here to anyone looking for a new barber and a fresh cut.

Dwayne does an amazing job! He takes his time and my son is comfortable with him (he is only 5). I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a quality haircut!

They have a barber for every hair type. From what I observed they had a lady doing locks/braids. Sir Risper was really great at giving me the haircut I wanted. Everyone was nice. Place was clean.

Jayden did a great job cutting my hair and cleaning up my beard. Still following COVID-19 protocols, which is a good thing.

Monyae worked her magic again on my braids. Don't sleep on her talent. She delivers beautiful results.
