Messed my nails up. I asked for the polish to be taken off. Did not ask for a refund or to have them repainted. Just take it off. They wanted to charge $20.but only to repaint as well. Only I didn't want them to repaint. Was willing to pay the $20 to have it removed. Been going there for over a year. They just lost a customer. I had to go elsewhere to have it removed for $10. Jerks

Just went in for a pedicure and the services hours posted say till 8: 00pm. I walk in at 7: 00pn and they tell me that they are closed. This place is my go to for my pedicure needs. I guess I need to find another place that sticks to the store hours.

Always love going to get my nails, lashes, eyelashes and feet done no matter what crowd is there for whatever event they treat their regular customers right and the work is awesome

I had one two many bad experience with this place they will over charge you for what they want to charge, no set prices. There using supplies that has been banned. (Foot grinder) And will give you attitudes if you speak up and tell them you don't like the work. I'll never return at this location again. Seriously go somewhere else! There are other nice nail salons around one just opened near this one. And i love it they listen and will pleasantly try there best to resolve issues and prices are remarkable and reasonable for there services. I tryed speaking to management but she was no help and no help my experience was inorged basically. And was told I should of addressed before I left. But I did right after I wrnt somewhere else for services because last time I spoke up the lady had a Tantrum. So the hell with it.

Take 84 mother here and I always use Tony the owner! There are tv's good vibe atmosphere! They do lashes, nails, pedicure, eyebrows, chair massages, good with English etc.

I'm still getting over the fact that you can spend over $100 on food and have to pay for cups of sauce.

Change the price of service while doing pedicure and didn't do a good job on toes. Drop stuff to put in water on the floor pick it up off floor & put in water. Thank you won't be going back to that spot.

The guy that did my pedicure did a terrible job. I went back and explain the situation. The guy repainted my toes with a different shade of pink. I kindly told him and even the lady next me confirmed that it was two different pinks. This man was huffing and puffing. He was more angry than me! I was kind the whole time and finally he redid my nails. Never again. Y’all believe the reviews. The customer service is TERRIBLE!

Terrible! I went in on Saturday 4/8/23 to get a pedicure. Some of the ladies and men that do them are horrible. This was my second attempt and they failed yet again. She forgot to file my toe nails and basically skipped the pedicure. No trimming of skin just the foot scrub and legs exfoliation (which hurt). She was so rough and I guess did not realize whatever is in the exfoliation scrub hurts if you run too hard during the massage. My feet looked like a child did them. I literally left there and went to another shop (KC Foxy Nails in Grandview, MO) to have them fixed. When I got to the next shop, the lady asked me if I wanted a pedicure because she couldn’t even tell I had one. She asked who did this? So I told her. She shook her head and fixed it for $20.00. She was amazing! Avoid this shop at all cost. They quickly train these ladies then put them to work. They rush if they’re busy or it’s a weekend to get to the next customer. Just don’t do it!

It was an awful experience. They did not know how to do a simple overlay. My nails were cut completely down to far. Then she attempted to put on tips that I did not want. I left frustrated and never going back.

Very good attention to detail. Loved my mani pedi. Wasn't that expensive. Very friendly

The fact that I dislike that everyone chargers a different price when all the employees work inn same building totally crazy everyday its a different price everytime you walk inn.other wise I remine to go to the same Person for 6years everytime I come.

Not to mention I love the vibe here comfortable & chill most definitely kid friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails look terrible half don’t even have acrylic I asked her to add more to the root of my nails and all she did was make them thicker you can still see my natural nail. My nails are all shapes and sizes none of my nails look the same. It also smells kinda weird. And customer service was terrible.

The person who did my manicure was very kind but they cut me multiple times and were not able to do the ombre I had asked for. I had dip nails done, and they are lumpy and have little chunks of "something" (I have no idea what) in them. I am going to get them removed elsewhere today. I didn't want to do it there since they had already me bleeding and I was just wanting to leave by that point.

OMG a older gentleman did my Ped! He had the most negative energy! 1. He didn’t want to do to the service. 2. He half done the job. 3 He keep pushing my feet down in bowl! I will never I mean never come back here! Sometimes we think we have to accept less because the majority resides in our hood! That shouldn’t be so! Ladies and gentlemen!

Love that they dip nails here and wax eyebrows. Only negative is there is always a wait for eyebrows

I watched them put clients in pedicure chairs that weren’t sanitized after previous clients. Very dangerous seeing that they were removing dead skin and cutting peoples cuticles. They also did not use liners, or sanitize equipment.
