14Truly awful download speeds. Pulling 23.28 mbs down and 4.68 up. Yes.not even enough for a single solid 4k stream. Makes even the most basic video call a total dice roll.
Lane Allen and Coy Goss just installed our internet. What fantastic people to work with. Then I turned on my internet and the speed was unbelievable. Thanks for the great service.
Great company. Easy to work with and EXCELLENT service! Couldn't ask for a better internet provider!
Good service and friendly staff. We had very good service since we are fortunate to live on a hill with clear line of site to tower.
They have decided to do a maintenance that was scheduled on a Monday originally from 9-2. It is now 6pm snd we still have no internet. I was told several times it will be 20 more min and it’s been out all day. I will be looking for a new provider if it is not up tomorrow. We own a business and this has been a major hard ship on us today. I recommend you schedule maintenances on evenings not a Monday afternoon. It may have caused you to lose some customers. It’s unacceptable.
They have great staff support, pricing was very reasonable, and they are always quick responding to any issue.
Completely unreliable and spotty at best. No other options where we're at, so we're stuck.
KC Coyote and Timothy have done a great job fixing us up with a high speed package to accommodate my at-home job in a rural area. Great customer service!
These guys are very accommodating. They came and took down our equipment when we had our roof redone. They were right back out to put it back up as soon as the roofers were done. Very professional, COVID safe and kind.
Awful service and extremely high prices. They have a captive audience so they take full advantage of that. The minute we get an alternative option we will take it!
Just switched from satellite with viaset to kc coyote. The internet is far more consistent with way less lag and latency. The staff has been punctual, helpful and knowledgeable. Now we're just patiently waiting for our tower to get an upgrade so we can get even better download speeds.
Thanks guys!
We switched over today and so far we are very happy with the service. The installer was super friendly and very helpful. Office staff have been very helpful and friendly as well. They checked up with us after the install was completed making sure we are satisfied.
On a good day, our internet experiences many, many outages. When it does work, it is suboptimal. With internet being crucial for two college students and a sophomore in high school during a global pandemic, when we can’t access our classes, our grades suffer. And before I get a response to this review telling me to call and resolve the issue, this has been something my family has already attempted on multiple occasions. As of late, we called, no answer, then very shortly after received an email telling us to pay our bill. This “service” should not be tolerated given how much we pay. To sum up our experience, you’re better off shutting your thumb in a car door. Thanks
(Week later) We got a dish installed that is directly wired to are barn, then that signal is relayed to the dish on our house. This was promised to be a good decision. Also, we extended our bandwidth to 10mbps. Thinking this would be undoubtedly better, we are experiencing more frequent and more intense service outages. And when we do have service, we get a bandwidth of roughly 5.5mbps. However I did see a nine for just a couple minutes. Now I’m no genius but in my mind, paying for ten, and getting 5 just seems kind of illegal. But that’s just me.
KC Coyote is AWESOME! I work from home for a Federal agency when I am not traveling for work. I recently found myself in the situation where my terrible CenturyLink internet had become so bad, I was unable to work effectively through my VPN. My only other option was KC Coyote; however, I live in a remote area and the house sits lower than the surrounding terrain. KC Coyote was not able to get a signal from my rooftop. Their employees helped me to secure a 55 foot electrical pole which was high enough that I could get signal. They just installed the internet this week and I am THRILLED! I can finally get my work done fast and don't have to sit and wait for files to upload or emails to send. Everyone that I dealt with at KC Coyote went out of their way to help me. They really cared about my situation and provided me with outstanding service! GOODBYE Century Link! - Thank you KC Coyote!
