Absolutely regret living in a property owned by KCLoftCentral. They take no responsibility for all the horrible situations that continue to happen in their apartments.

Leaking within units, not preparing and insulating pipes for the colder weather. Amenities almost always needing repair or not working any longer.
Not doing anything when I complained about men sifting through my laundry.
Water is regularly turned off or the air conditioner doesn't work.
Oh, and they use the "historical building status" as a reason to not better insulate their windows, but they absolutely can.
It's always an excuse and then they raise rent, claiming it's the market rate, when nothing else seems to be fixed or managed well.

Maintenance guys are amazing though. I will say that. Phil especially needs a raise, because he goes above and beyond to make up for the lack of help from property management. Also, Juan is fantastic too. He always came when we needed him.

Shea, one of the the leasing agents, was so incredibly helpful throughout this process. She answered all of my questions quickly and precisely.

Finding a new place after traveling for theatre programs seemed daunting, especially when other companies either never responded despite having availability listed on their website or would not allow me to tour the space I'd be moving into, just a "demo" space.

It was very nice to see Shea and the rest of the leasing staff be so professional with the process. So thank you.

Although it is unlikely that I will end up signing a lease with KC Loft Central, I have had an amazing experience looking for the right home. Josh has been very informative, timely and accommodating to my schedule for all showings. I wish the right unit would pop up. I would feel comfortable leasing from this company. My partner and I looked for apartments in the Kansas area Way too expensive. As a young couple in our early 20’s we wanted a cool spot to kick it and have easy access to the downtown area. When I drove by one day I was in love! 5 minutes away from Power In Light. And super easy to get to I-70high way. When we visited the area front desk was awesome! So kind and helped with questions we had. Always on time to our emails. Never saw the loft before moving in. They provided me with a tour in YouTube that was amazing. However when we saw it in person, FELL IN LOVE EVEN MORE. Been living there for a couple days now.

•Can’t hear neighbors at all.
•Street parking does suck:/ but you can pay for a parking garage.
So far very satisfied with our stay here!

Super fast to answer my questions. Went above and beyond to help me get into an apartment from start to finish in less than a week and just 4 days before Christmas. Josh was a Rockstar for me. Love my space and considering the amenities a great value also.

Just moved in, so I won't be able to say anything for the long term experience, but at the very least in the short term, my interactions with this business have been nothing short of amazing. Contacting them feels so welcome and organized with prompt replies, making the move in process feel seamless. I recommend reaching out to this location if you're shopping around for an apartment.

I have only been moved in for a week, but I can already tell the property managers and people in the office are approachable and quick to respond to any phone calls, emails or walk-in questions. They have all been super accommodating and bent over backwards to help me get settled in. I have appreciated their professionalism and clarity from the application to the move-in. I look forward to living here a long time!

My experience with KC Loft Central went better than expected. Josh was able to help me find an apartment earlier than most apartment complexes who would not allow tours at my time of looking. Any hiccups that came up during the moving process Josh was able to resolve them & communicate back promptly. We love our loft & cannot recommend these guys enough!

KC Loft Central has been beyond helpful in finding me a new apartment and are pretty straight forward about their pricing and what they have to offer. The Board of Trade Lofts with KC Loft Central was the first and only loft my husband and I toured, when we decided to move downtown. The staff here have been so great to us from the tour date, move in date, and just has a great staff! The 2 bedroom loft they showed us was just what I was looking for with an amazing view and space I was looking for in our budget. I am very pleased we decided to call this home! Thank you guys for making it wonderful transition.

KC Loft Central made moving back downtown a breeze. The application process was smooth, and the staff patiently answered all of my many questions. (Particularly working with Josh was great.) After moving in, a few things weren't working, and the maintenance company they employ wasted no time resolving the issues. Overall, I've felt like I've been in good hands!

I just moved into a one bedroom at one of the KC Loft Central buildings, and the process went very smoothly, due to the staff being easy to work with! I started looking in late April for a late June/early July move in date, and was able to work with the staff to sign a lease within a week of looking. The staff members were very accommodating with the moving process, and the apartment building and amenities have been great so far!

Noma helped me find my dream apartment. Went out of her way to help me tour it and make sure it was what I wanted. Honestly couldn't recommend her more.

I recently had been working with KC Loft Central in an attempt to secure a place of living with a quick move time. Currently they are very full and have few units available- and for good reason! While I did not move forward with KC Loft Central at this time because my dream apartment at another location became available within my budget they:

Were quick about responding and showed me multiple available rooms and options within my price range based on my preferences I sent to them.

Price of utilities are ACTUALLY INCLUDED in base rent, excluding parking rental and electric (this is a flat fee in some select units) which is awesome has very few places in KC have it wrapped into the base price and will charge you on usage saying "its included".

Have multiple locations and selections to tour, however like I said they are very full right now, and for good reason. If I ever have to move again in the downtown area I will definitely be looking into leasing with them in the future. My representative Noma was kind, courteous, and supportive of my preferences- even when it was not leasing with them. Highly recommend KC Loft Central to anyone who wants a pleasant home finding experience in downtown KC.
