A bidder from K&E came to my house to provide a bid for an unfortunate situation inside my house. While he seemed sympathetic to the situation, he also told me he'd get me a bid. Tried following up with voicemails and texts to no avail. Felt like my time had been wasted.bottom line, be upfront with folks if you are not interested in bidding the work.
