Ken Owen is Hands Down the Best place you can take your Car, Truck, Whatever you drive. He is Honest Fast and fixes what wrong with your ride. Never tries to sell you anything you don't need. On top of all that he's funny and a good guy! You can't go wrong taking your problems to him. Tell him Randy sent you. I don't know if that will get you a better deal? Your gonna get the best deal posable anyway. But he will know it was me. You just can't have a car shop in Springfield for well over 30 years without treating people right. No kidding best shop in Springfield!

I called last Thur morning and spoke with Ken
He said to bring my vehicle by one morning 1st thing and he would lift it and tell me if my sway bars are broken, would only take a few minutes. I went in this morning (Mon) at 7: 20 and when they opened at 7: 30 the guy said they cannot do that and they schedule their oil changes at 7: 30 do I could come back later today! What a waste of time/gas. I went off the reviews but am not used to being flat out lied to by a shop. I will never recommend to anyone. What a way to run a business lie to customers. Thanks for nothing but at least I learned to go to a reputable shop from now on.

Ken was so amazing, I had to work past there closing time. He took my car to my place of employment so I would have it when I got off. Had the best repair price in town.

I have been going to Ken Owens for probably 20 years now. I tried many before him, none as good. Over the years I know I can trust them. If they say I need it, I do. Good work, stands behind it. There have been times I was expecting I needed expensive work and it turned out to be something simple. One time he recommended I not repair it. I did and turned out he was right. Should have salvaged the darn vehicle.

We all know that sometimes vehicles make noises that are hard to pinpoint and diagnose correctly. That was my Tundra. I had taken it to two other shops before bringing it here. Turns out that the mechanisms that were holding together my brakes were totally shot. They found and fixed the issue and now no more noise! Plus safer to drive I'm sure! I would highly recommend them as great honest mechanics that get the job done right the first time!

He has always done a great job on everything we have had done over the years & beleave me we have had our fathers, Mother's, son & friends cars fixed here & it's always been fixed right & he stands behind his work! He is the most honest mechanic we have ever know & that's why we have had all our family members use him & our friends too. He is a kind & friendly person & his staff is great & always has been. We would always recommend him to anyone & we will not go to anyone else because he does your work right & is honest and reasonably priced. He charges under what other shops charge & he is fair in coast. He treats women right & does not ever take advantage of women who go in not knowing anything about cars. I would send any women in & feel they will be treated right always!

Ken and his crew are excellent. He has no turnover rate with his employees because he pays them well and therefore teach them everything they need to know on things they are already certified for, which is not in the book, is straight-up for customers and does not cheat anyone. I've been going to him for 25 years.

Very Honest place, they found and repaired 3 oil leaks on my truck! I had feared the worst, and fully expected the bill would be $1000 +. But the repairs and an oil change approximately $150! And FAST!
