I was in a frenzy and wasn't sure what to do. Called my ex and he immediately said to call Randy's. Randy answered and was so kind to get Donny to Trimble to help tow my car and gave me a ride home to Plattsburg. Wow! Thank you Randy and Donny for making my bad situation bearable. Fast and great quality work. Our 3 month old Explorer had a severe door ding in the door. It dented the metal in over a 3 inch area and at one point even exposed bare metal. They had the car 3 days and when we got it back it looked brand new again. Their work lasts as well. I once had some body work done at another shop and 5 years later it started rusting out and cost a ton to fix properly. I know that when Ken Smith fixes it, it will be like new and I won't have it rusting out in a few years.

First time dealing with Ken Smith Autobody the work they done on my truck was excellent. Looks good as new a very honest and respectful business. While my truck was in there shop one of my rims on my truck was damaged by them and they were honest and owned up to the damaged rim. Replacing it with a new rim outstanding business to work with. Highly recommended for any of your Autobody needs!

They went above and beyond to make sure insurance did not dictate our repair. We have our vehicle back and it's just like new.
