Today I went in to see if they would exchange some jewelry that had tarnished. The woman who greeted me, looked at me like a deer in headlights the whole time while the lady behind her judged me, followed by asking me if I wash my hands with my rings on, and they both made me feel like I had done something wrong. I know we’re on the plaza but you don’t need to act like your customers are beneath you. I’ve been buying Kendra Scott jewelry for years. The jewelry shouldn’t tarnish when you aren’t wearing it in the shower, working out or sleeping in it. Especially for the price of some of the pieces. You’ve lost a customer.
