Kennelwood Pet Resort, St. Louis MO

I have been taking my dog here for years. I drop her off on my way to work which is before they open at 7am. Often I have to ring the before hours bell multiple time to get the door answered. This morning I arrived approximately 10 minutes before open only to be treated with a person yelling at me for ring the bell “more than one time”. I explained that I usually have to ring it several times because it appears when they finally answer the door that they have been sleeping.
I thought it was over until I went to pick her up after grooming and the same person that had yelled at me when I dropped her off yelled at me again. I’m so disappointed that the staff there feels as though it is ok to talk to costumer in this fashion. I will not be returning with my dog Gaia in. Hopefully they will be a little more courteous when dealing with customers in the future.

I’ve spent over $10k at this place and my best friend came home crying after the abuse she suffered from Amber. Amber probably a leftist lunatic (you can picture her) berated my friend today. I went in there and expressed my concerns and they called the police instead of firing the dike lesbian. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The manager (Shawn or Sean) called and said. “ I don’t care what she said, I run this place”! Don’t ever ever take your dog here! The customer service here is piss poor! No pun intended lol!

I was absolutely blown away at how good my dog responded to her trainer. Highly recommend! Worth the money!

My 2 1/2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Is being treated extremely well while at Day camp, training, boarding, and grooming appointments. The team does an outstanding job providing care!

Our puppy loves going to play & train & camp. Melanie is the BEST trainer! We know she is in good hands there.

My dog loves it there! The staff is so responsible and friendly! It is very clean and they work so hard to get you in whenever needed! I love he can have doggy daycare, boarding and a bath/nails before I pick him up!

This was the first visit to a groomer for my cat Squeaky. The staff at Kennelwood did a wonderful job. Her fur is so soft now and the mats are removed. We will be back. Thank you.

I needed a trimming for my guinea pigs' nails. They were so helpful and fast, pigs are super happy!

Our dog goes willingly with the people who greet him and he seems to be comfortable there. I believe he is well taken of while there. Everyone is very friendly and dog oriented.

In nearly 30 yrs of raising dogs, I have never had to board any of them.so this was a very big deal to me. After visiting several other kennels, it was clear that Kennelwood was the only choice for me. They made me feel so comfortable about Bells stay. The message and photo they sent really just melted my heart. I knew in that moment that she was doing great and my baby girl was receiving excellent care.
