Told butcher that I wanted a particular kind of meat. He asked how I wanted it cut. He came back from the back with it wrapped. I told him I wanted to see it. It was not the cut that I wanted and he had wrapped it without showing it to me. I refused it and will never go back.

Best butcher shop in town! You can also get hot good to go or grab a chilled meal and warm it up at home!

I called ahead and placed an order for the Dinner for 2 meat package. I arrived the next morning at 9am for my scheduled pick up. I entered the store and found around a dozen employees inside, not one greeted me, smiled or offered help of any kind. I waited over ten minutes trying to get someone's attention for assistance. Having never been here before, I did not know to take a number. A butcher speaking to two other people began rudely waving his hand at my face asking if I took a number. I told him I had placed an order already. He gave me my ticket and said to go to the cashier where he would meet me with my order. After a few minutes, he tossed a bag on the counter and simply said "here's your stuff, " and walked off. The cashier made a joke and mocked how rudely he had just spoken to me.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because meat quality seems to be okay; the filets we tried so far were very tender. But despite quality products, I will not be back. Be nicer to your customers.

Steve's Special sandwich was great! It was so good I couldn't put it down. K-Cafe does not disappoint.

Love Kenricks! Can never go wrong at this place from the hand cut steaks to the K Cafe everything is amazing.

Love the place. Just wish they would partnership with DoorDash or one of the other delivery services. It's a pain to get there. I hate going on Bayless

Simply the best. Service fast, knowledgeable and personable. Sooo many good dinner options if you’re in a bind and want a quick dinner. Nice cashiers. Tasty classic deli sides and basic food ingredients like corn, tomatoes, onions, buns, condiments. It’s really a one stop shop and they have a military discount.

I have been in many of times and received good service and good jerky and different meats that I come for. Today we had deli sandwiches catered to my job everyone sides and dessert was wrong they gave everyone the same thing instead of what we asked for and I received the deli sandwich with one slice of turkey and two slices of cheese on a big hogie style roll. To me and my crew that was very unacceptable to come to work for 12hours and be told you're going to get lunch and receive this!

We ordered Kenricks BBQ for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We did pulled chicken and pulled beef with 3 sides. For 30 people it was very very reasonably priced and everyone loved it! It was so yummy and every time I called to ask questions or price it, the representatives I spoke to were always so friendly! I would highly recommend Kenrick’s!

Meatball sandwich w/mashed potatoes
The Grinder sandwich w/mac and cheese

The good- the meatballs are seasoned nicely and are pretty tasty overall. They put plenty of cheese and sauce on the sandwich to keep it from being too dry. Overall it’s a nice sized sandwich and a fair price for what you get.

I was told the grinder was good. I’d say by the looks of it that it’s probably pretty tasty and also priced fairly.

The bad- I did ask for white gravy on my mashed potatoes but ended up with brown gravy. I also asked to have onions added to my meatball sub but that didn’t happen.

All in all the food is good, the service is fast and the prices are fair. I’d say give it a shot if you’re nearby.

Right on their homepage, they say "high quality meats, reasonable pricing, [and] great customer service. " They don't even need a review because that is 100% correct, especially the customer service part. Everything else is phenomenal, but the customer service is somehow beyond phenomenal. It's a double-edged sword because I wish I lived closer to Kenrick's to get amazing everything. But, if I lived closer to them, I would probably go bankrupt because I would want to try everything. To be specific, my bankruptcy would be my fault, not Kenrick's. Because they have very good pricing.

Place is hopping most of the time I go.

Their homemade premade meals are the best bang for the buck for $10. You can get a frozen home cooked meal that will feed four. The selection of meals they have is incredible. I am a big fan of the pulled barbecue chicken, chicken, and dumpling stuffed cabbage.

The best place to get your meats! They have these brats called Mardi Gras brats and they are amazing! Their whole brat line up is great. Tons of great other meats as well. Their in house diner is great too!
