Ken did a great job on finding a replacement computer for my husband and then transferring everything over. He was very helpful, reasonably priced, professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend him.

If you have a computer of any kind, don’t even think about wasting your money with UBreakIFix or one of those sketchy places in the mall. Give Ken a call. He went above and beyond when I was in a bind. Not only did he fix the storage issue I was having, he also helped me out with my power supply unit. I can’t thank him enough!

Ken is awesome! I took our laptop to him because it had some kind of malware that had attached itself to it. We had also dropped it a year ago and never repaired it, so I had him look at that. Ken assessed it and removed the malware but wasn't able to repair the frame so he transferred our hard drive to a better laptop that wasn't broken and answered my 15 phone calls to see how things were going all in less than 24 hours. We will use Ken from this moment on! I love finding honest, caring and generous individuals to give my business to. He was also really easy to get ahold of!
