KFC, Springfield MO

Why the dinning room is closed is beyond me. This is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot order the Long John Silver's menu in the app. You must go through the drive thru. I am in a semi truck and instead of being accommodating at all, the manager insisted I WALK through the drive through. Seriously!? I cannot drive a semi truck through your drive thru. And you want me to risk getting injured by WALKING through with all those cars. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD. So many places I will never give my business to again.

I had the new Chicken sandwich real crispy great.mom had mashpotatoes and brown gravey.good.hot and tasty reasonable price

After numerous mistakes over numerous visits, I will not be back. This last visit they forgot a part of my order, which happens a lot at this location. Since the lobby isn't open I waited in line again. The family meal I ordered is supposed to come with 6 sauces. I got none, no butter or honey either. When I got back to the window I asked for sauces, butter and honey. They gave me tartar sauce and malt vinegar for chicken and no butter or honey. I was not the only person in line who was having order issues. I tried to call up there and no one would pick up the phone. If they don't care about customer service they don't need customers.

I love KFC and this particular one is over an hour away from me but when i cosit a friend i pass it. The PLANT BASED chicken is amazing. Ive had it 2 times and cant wait to have it again. I wish there was a KFC neat me in Buffalo, Missouri hint hint! Seriously please keep the PB chicken around for ever! Instill LOVE a good old Bucket of original recipe but having this PB option is amazing

I was just disappointed they did not put the lid on the gravy when I got home I had gravy all over everything

One piece of chicken under cooked in the bucket. And they gave me an extra mashed potato, when I asked for Cole slaw.

This location was on west bypass in Springfield. This one is also paired with a long John silver's. Was nice to get a 2pc fish meal along with a KFC famous bowl

Picked up 2 orders of tenders around 4pm and they were luke warm, dried out and tough (probably been sitting on a warmer, definitely not fresh). I have eaten at this KFC many times (never at 4 in the afternoon) and USUALLY, not always, has been good. This time though, is by far the worst I've had, not to mention out of tea, and ice for any drink. Had the food been hot and fresh, the ice wouldn't have been an issue this once. This location is convenient but I will probably take the extra drive to get Cane's or Chik Fil A from now on.

Visited the 240 S W Bypass North, Springfield, MO 65802 location on 12/20/21 at about 4: 50 pm. I got home which was 30 minute drive and realized I hadn’t gotten any of my LJS items only my KFC items. I was missing about $15 worth of food. I called the store to explain the situation and ask for a refund and the “GM” Eric told me that he knew who I was and they knew the mistake they made when I drove off and told me I could come back before tomorrow and get My food. I told them that I couldn’t go back due to I live 30 minutes away and that’s a hour there and back and it wasn’t worth it I had to get my kids ready for bed and didn’t have time to do that and asked me a refund to my card. He said “sorry don’t know what to tell you” and that “if I could make it back before close they could remake my food but that’s all they could do for me. So basically they stole money from me. I have a feeling this astonishment only stays afloat y stealing peoples money. Extremely rude staff, disgusting food, ZERO. Customer service experience.

Did you know that kfc chicken does not taste the same at all kfc. I wonder why that is? Ive always ordered the same thing 8 piece original dark meat. Got home i got crispy chicken it was horrible.

How hard is it to get a simple order right. I’m surprised they even have any sort of chicken they’re always “out” the worst kfc in Springfield

Out of Ice tweeks in a row. The chicken over cooked. Oliver the receptionist is poor representation of KFC.

This place has gone down Hill in last year. I have recieved food that old, Mac n cheese over cooked, last 2 trips found hair in my chicken No one had hair net or beard guard. The employee have been rude. I am done with this one. I rather drive 15 mins out of way then to go back. Hopefully others aren't as bad. Time to fo back to frying my own chicken lol

I ordered food. Was asked to pull ahead, so I did. I waited 22 minutes for my food! So I went back through the drive through. They said "Oh sorry, didn't know where you went. "

Love this place it's combined with a long John silver's so I can get my spicy chicken and fish. The food has always been accurate and taste fresh the staff is always friendly in the 4 years I've came here I've never had an issue with any shift
