Slowest fast food service ever waited 30 mins in the drive through just for 4 famous bowls didn’t even have anyone else in line

Chicken is EXTREMELY overcooked and full of grease. Mashed potatoes are old, have hard lumps and have the consistency of jell-o. Water tastes HORRIBLE. Drinks are watered down. Worst I’ve ever been too.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My entire family ended up with food poisoning. Including my 8 year old. Will never visit a KFC again after this.

Saturday night around 7pm I took my family to this restaurant we ordered an eight piece to share, Mac and cheese fries a three piece tenders meal for my daughter and a chicken burrito. The fountain drinks inside were all out of syrup which happens but waking up the next morning with projectile vomiting and the worst Diarrhea I've ever had in my entire life followed by my wife and daughter both getting it since my wife and I have had a busy schedule the last few weeks this was the first meal of the week we all had together I believe this restaurant made us all very ill and had ruined this location and possibly all kfc locations for us in the future and I say this proudly as a father who has cleaned vomit out of his eight year old daughters hair

Manager is rude, they don't make food in order, they give you half of your order then if you order kfc and taco bell your wait is even longer. And still don't get the order right

Highly disappointed in this place! I wouldn't even give it one star. The lobby was absolutely disgusting it took almost 5 mins before someone came to the counter to get my order. The lady was very rude had a attitude and threw my money at me. I definitely will not be coming back here! They also don't ask you if you would like your food for here or to go.

Went through drive thru, ordered 8 pc family pack, was told they were out of Cole slaw. Got home, opened chicken and our 8 pieces consisted of 1 breast, 3 thighs and 2 legs. Hardly 8 pieces. Highly disappointed, especially after driving 30 miles expecting a decent dinner or at least one that was complete.

Stopped at this restaurant at approximately 4 PM in the afternoon. It was not very busy and there weren’t a ton of cars in the drive-through but myself and another customer Still at the counter waiting for service. We couldn’t get anybody’s attention. Pretty hard to sell your product when you ignore potential customers. I eventually just walked out. As a secondary note the place is a pit. The lawn is full of garbage the bathroom had used toilet paper balled up and covered in urine in the corner. Probably saved myself a nasty stomach ache by leaving this place.

I was very unhappy when they totaled my bill. I had not wanted to drink with it and he offered me two sides and and I figured it would be the same price as a dinner with a drink. Also I ordered a second meal and it was different priced then what was showing on the marquee. Supposedly it's not showing the price for a meal but the price for the chicken one side and a drink. And I said I wanted the meal and he didn't bother to tell me that the price was different than was showing on the marquee. Ended up causing me almost $5 extra the way I ordered it and if he had just told me the difference I would not have ordered the way I did. I was ordering off the marquee. Also they need somebody taking your orders that actually speaks good English and slow enough that the average person can understand it.

Terrible, 36 minute wait in drive thru after placing order and paying. Did not get all of order. 2 people only working.seriously, I praise the 2 working, but not fair to them or customers.

So I got the wrong order in the Drive-Thru after pulling forward I went back in. And they apologized and gave me another bag. Once I got in my car to pull away I noticed that they still shorted me part of my order.
Guess I am thinking it shouldn't take three tries to get a bucket of chicken, a few chicken strips, and two side orders LOL

I ordered a three piece meal and was missing an entire breast. The chicken is soggy, mushy, and completely uneatable. Tried to call several no answer. Worst fast food restaurant in town.

Today 7/6/22 I went through the drive through got a 16 piece bucket of chicken and 4 large side and 8 biscuits but once I got home about 50 miles up the road I realized I got nothing but legs only 2 large sides and 8 biscuits, so KFC where are my two other large sides? What about a mixture of pieces of chicken

I definitely give it less t could. Stand in parking lot until it opens just to tell me 10 minutes later dinning room closed and no signs anywhere saying it. Yes you definitely need help with employment

So the girl in the drive-through was very nice but I don’t know who is cooking the chicken there my fried chicken that I paid 16.99 for was dry was old the freaking skin look like to cook a 20 times he was super horrible do not go there

Cameron Missouri location. The KFC side is fine, BUT the Taco Bell food prep quality is marginal at best. I love Taco Bell, but this location isn't very good.

If there's one restaurant that people of my age remember, it's KFC. That chicken cannot be duplicated, I've ate chicken all my life at home for family dinners and it can never be duplicated either but with KFC, it's like an addiction! I personally go for the original recipe but extra crispy has a life of it's own! I could go on and on about the biscuits, and of course the sides, but those who get it, get it! Don't change KFC, I'll still be loving you!

After being closed for a few weeks all I've heard is that the new management has really revamped things. Not my experience. Tried to order at 915. Was told they would not take my order as they just had a rush and didn't think they were going to make more food before they closed.then close.
