Food wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Store lobby and restrooms were filthy. 9 employees and friends standing around conversing while there was clearly a need for some cleaning. But it was expected as is the same scenario persists with each visit.
My wife went into KFC here in excelsior springs around 6: 30pm tonight and they don’t close till 10pm. She took a coupon up there and the lady went to talk to her manager.
The manager told her she couldn’t legally sell us any chicken and that the truck didn’t bring any chicken. Then why are you selling chicken? If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but I have to give a star just too type this. We have been denied service and food from this place numerous times. Well tonight was the last straw. That manager up there does not know how too run a business of that is what she is telling her employees to tell the customers. This place Is a joke.
Absolutely horrible service time and time again I think they don't care because they know the options in a small town aren't many. Went tonight ordered a 12 pc drove home had an 8pc called and the manager was as condescending as they come. It wouldn't be that bad but it's every single time we go to KFC tacobell in excelsior springs mo they mess up the order and more often then not the food especially on the tacobell side is grossly overcooked. I mean the beans on the nacho Supreme were a big clump and crusty on the previous trip
I have honestly never written a review but I had to hop on here. Excelsior for years has known the KFC/Taco bell to not have the best reputation. But I went today and had the best service ever. The woman that took our order was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh and fast. I feel like the whole place had a makeover and I hope they keep it up. Very satisfied!
We have been here numerous times with only twice being decent. Our order always misses something, no biggie, but our food is always cold out the window or so old that it should have been thrown away hours beforehand.
While picking up my to go order, all I heard was the workers behind the line talking about how sick they felt.
I hate to leave bad reviews but, I am a doordasher. So when I go in, and every single time, the kitchen is filthy, food is being prepared on top of messy counters with other food crumbs, debri, and what not. Not tomention, very RARELY are any of the employees wearing gloves while preparing food. I know that reviews won't help, considering they're still running even with I'm sure 1000 safety violations. But, I hope things turn around for this location. OH, and they close early every night for "no more product". Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure how true that is.
We had usually no problems there. Staff is great. They do there best to stay up on things, even when short staffed.
I would give negative 5 stars if possible after showing up to pick up our already paid for order they inform us they don't have all the sides then drive 15 minutes home to realize we have half the amount of chicken which is old and cold then when I call she wants me to stop my children from eating to bring the bucket back to verify I'm short chicken and its already 830pm after baseball so kids are starving for her to give exact number of chicken so headed home to eat a cold meal and like the manager didn't care and was rude and unprofessional and walked out to go hang in the parking lot with group of friends! Will never go back to excelsior KFC taco bell! They should close the doors after face lift and new management it got worse if thats possible
Gave a 1 star only because I have to give e at least 1 to write a review. Service was horrible! Our order was incorrect, they gave us a large popcorn chicken to replace an 8 piece tenders. When we went back up there to get the coleslaw they did not give us the employee was rude and slammed the window in our face twice. Then when I asked for her name she told me I didn't need it. I then called corporate office and got a full refund. Do not eat here they are rude!
Nothing like they used to be. I've tried three different locations, I won't be visiting a fourth.
Went inn to order and was told to drive thru dinning room was closed I said then why was entrance open I was walking so couldn't drive thru they refused to take order management came to front screamed at team to lock dinning room and said he had employees that didn't want work I said I would not be back and was ok with me walking out baffled about not getting my order taken he could care less if we treated properly or if we ate or how it tasted I refuse to give my hard earned money to this franchise again
Rude staff, wrong food, refused to even listen. Refused to give her name when asked. I ll be in to talk to the manager tomorrow. Hopefully this place closes and a Popeyes moves in. What a joke.
Chicken pot pie was great, wait was long, taco bell side was down, all in all was worth the wait
Today is Friday 05/27/22 and dinning room is closed and No one will answer phone. Manager or general manager are not here so I'm guessing that's why they're not opening the dining room. Hard to find good help. Paradise respond to this review.
The management could be more respectful to the team members and watch what they say to the team members /disrespecting the team members
So they have online ordering but when you go to pick it up inside, the doors are locked? Then they weren’t taking orders at the speaker & only at the window & making everyone wait until each order was done & handed out? Didn’t include any sauces asked for. Waited in line for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Don’t see what the point of remodeling this place has been if the service has just gotten worse. I’m usually a pretty understanding person but this was weird.
