I was picking up a food from door dash and they was not trying to give me the food for no reason the worst kfc aver the manager was rude

Never open. Or never claim to be at least. Last 3 times I pulled up to the drive thru they claim they're not open. Like why are you even there then. I feel like they just shoo customers off to not have to do anything and get paid for it.

I really wanted a pot pie they were advertising a big picture of one in the window, but they didn't have any. U just got plain chicken but it was good.

This is the only KFC that is always out of items on the menu.

Me and my coworkers got God awful food poisoning from this place. Only eat here if you're looking to lose a few pounds by the amount of puking and diarrhea you'll be expelling for the next two days. Eat here at your own risk.

This particular location on Independence ave, has major issues with their system seems like almost monthly if not more, their system goes down. I have mever gone to restaurant drive through where the system keeps going down. Its either truly down or the staff doesnt want to wait on customers. Someone need toncheck into getting the new updated POS system so this doesnt keep happening all the time. So dissapointing to be craving my favorite the famous bowl only to be told they cant take any orders at this time. So sad, very sad.

Hahahaha! Proof-positive, of the desperate need, for quality employees, most especiallt in the food industry.

Just now, at the Kentucky Fried Chicken, on Independence Avenue, I (merely) inquired as to "why" KFC was charging $34.00, for 12 pieces of (only) legs/thighs, while their competition (Church's Chicken) was running a (very long) promotion, for the same dozen pieces, at 10.99.

The (truly nasty) young man, snapped, "Go to Church's Chicken! "

I ordered a 16 piece all dark meet. I just got off work from my second job.i drove all the way home to Kansas city ks took out a piece of chicken and it was not done inside the batter was not done.so I said I'll try another piece it was not done and the meet was not cooked all the way.i had to through it away.i am very disappointed in the Missouri kfc.i do go to the KFC on shawnee dr.in kck no problems there.

Turned off wifi on me AFTER I bought food. Like paying for their wages ain't important or the customer that enables that. Customer service damn near extinct

Went in for lunch at noon, order was wrong and wasn't allowed to eat in the dining room as it was being cleaned? At lunch hour.manager never said thank you etc.

I went here about two weeks ago first part of june 2022. I've been there three times and out of that three times i haven't one time get to order anything, because their computers are down. How did any of us ever survive before computers come along. At this point this KFC is going into the hole. No customers no bussiness.

This location charges the price of a medium drink for a cup of water (for the cup) even as a paying customer. I had to ask myself since there are a number of homeless individuals in this area, if that is the REAL reason for the cost. The lady even explained how the manager will not allow for the homeless to bring their own cup for water due to Covid. Which I understand but any of us can have Covid and go back for a refill while eating in the restaurant. I’m not in the situation where I desperately need water but to know if I was or others who might not have $3 for a cup of water, it’s disheartening. It’s unheard of. And I feel it’s truly due to steer homeless individuals away. I won’t be going back to support this restaurant.
