Had take out. Three piece dinner. One piece of chicken was the smallest wing I had ever seen. Should have gotten the 2 piece and saved some money.

Some of the chicken was still "doughy" but too far to drive back. We just peeled it off and ate the chicken. Slaw was great!

Only customer there ordered two pieces and they messed up the order. I didn't think that was possible.

Waited at the counter for several minutes be for being helped after my order was given incorrectly at the window.
Management didn't apologize or act sympathetic.

Very disappointed in the service.

It has a new manager who seems to have good communication skills. It can use improvement. The food is still good. Service needs work.

Took over 30 minutes to get our food and the manager is rude as can be. She might consider taking a class on ethics and customer relations.

Tried to use the 12 pc coupon that comes with 3 homestyle sides and biscuits. Got told I couldn't change out the sides even tho the coupon states other wise. Horrible service, Ron was rude and had an attitude. Will definitely be calling the gm tomorrow.

The order was all wrong all of it. I asked for no gravy and there was gravy. The biscuit was very hard. We ordered the number 12 spicy chicken sandwich and we got a regular one. It was very bland. The service was slow

Just wasn't 30 dollars worthy for a few pieces of not so fresh chicken I might add and they didn't even give me my Mac n cheese which is the one thing I wanted. So please train the man at the counter trying to take orders. Or send him to the back to cook something geeze people

Breading greasy and chicken falling apart. Gravy dark, thick and lumpy. Not the usual product. Know you can do better.

All I wanted was a 16 pc bucket of chicken.
They told me 30+ minute wait.
Are you kidding me!
And it’s not just this place, it’s everywhere.
The stupidity and incompetence in this country “anymore” is overwhelming.
I’ll just eat at home. It’s cheaper anyways.

Rolled up to the drive thru.was told they had absolutely zero white meat.after a few quick questions was proven wrong.they had none cooked.now you'd think that would've been a non issue since it was still over an hour before closing time but apparently it is more of important to close early than it is to serve food. Now it's 8: 57.they shut the lobby lights off.wow closing time is 10: 00. Was told it would be 20 min for my order.cause they had to cook it fresh.that's the whole point isn't it,?

I ordered the $30 meal from the app it had no white meat came with no biscuits and the sweet tea that I ordered was unsweet they definitely need to work on some stuff

I ordered a #4 (3 tenders) $7.99 and got a 4-pc chicken dinner $11.99. When I took the box back to the counter, the clerk told me #4 was not tenders! (We had even discussed sauces when I first ordered.) I didn't want to argue, but was upset. I ate some of what I was given.the chicken for both my husband and I was greasy. The ice machine was empty, but was promptly filled! The only bright spot for our over-priced lunch was we were given a Senior discount without asking.

I rated the food down because I got the corn and there was a long hair in it. The rest of the food was excellent.

Employees Don't want to be there. Servings are incorrect per size for meal ordered. Place is cleaner.

What a great experience.the really tall gal was amazing with her customer service skills.
It's great to have a cashier who can get you what you want and not have to hunt and peck for 5 minutes!
Tables were a little dirty, but it was after the church rush so I'm sure you were busy.
I miss the Buffett as a kid, so many breast and drummies eating green beans and mashed potatoes.
Who could forget the original honey butter? That stuff was amazing!
Stop by and give them a try in my opinion!
