I got the impression that one person was trying to teach everyone else how to do their jobs everyone acted kind of lost.

Best crispy chicken of any kind at any KFC the others need to take a lesson was busy but worth the wait.

By far the worst kfc/Taco Bell i have ever walked in floors was dirty and the mens restroom was gross and as for the staff making the food was not wearing gloves nasty employees surprised they even get any business

Disappointed I can't give negative stars. Ordered from the drive thru and was told to pull around. Have been sitting in the parking lot for almost 45 mins and have only seen 2 orders come out. This is absolutely ridiculous. On top of it the food was cold when it actually did come out.

The most horrible service I've had in a long time. That's dying someone in today's society. Went thru the drive thu. The girl taking my order had no clue about anything, there. They told me it'd be 20mins for a chicken sandwich for my child. The freezer machine wasn't working. I asked for a discount for the attitude and not being to have what I wanted. The manager that was drinking a soda while he made our food rudely stated "that's not how this wirks". They didn't put the dipping sauce in the bag. We tried to go into the lobby to request it and it was locked with no post as to why. It is 12: 02 in the now afternoon.

Great food, but if you aren't in the drive-thru it'll take 20+ minutes to get your food

Make sure you have your items before you leave.

Cant bake biscuits either.

Recommend going somewhere else.

I think they are using no help as a reason for not opening dining room. Owners making to much money this way. So don't expect them to open any time soon.

So I got jumped all over yesterday because of employee who was rude and not very nice i they should give position to someone who can work it I am over it I’m moving on I’m start applying for somewhere else.

KFC is one of my top guilty pleasures! We regularly stop at this KFC in Richmond to pick up lunch for my parents in Carrollton. Only issue was that they were closed and I didn't realize that they don't open on Sunday til 11: 00 a.m. Every other day they're open at 10: 30. This isn't their fault, it's their posted hours. Now I know.

New owners. It was faster than normal but they got it wrong again. Food tasted good. Gave 4 stars, knowing they need time to get it up to where it should be

We were traveling from Spfd, Mo to Iowa. We stopped at KFC in Richmond as it was close to hwy 13 that we were traveling. I ask for 2 of the # K8 and the waitress left the coleslaw out. We did not notice til we got back to car. Dine in was not open. Hy husband went back in to get the coleslaw and the waitress was rude and demanded to see our receipt. She did not apologize. My husband stated she embarrassed him in front of others for her mistake. We waited for quite a while on the chicken and yes the chicken was hot but the biscuits and the fries were cold. Our sweet tea tasted as if it had been made several days ago. I had to throw mine away. Sorry to say we will never stop there again.

This place is worth a visit. They serve big portions for fair prices. Consistently neat and with excellent vibes. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely awful, the "food" made me sick and the soda was flat. Too expensive for nasty food.

Taco bell was terrible severed me burned chip with my nachos the grease was burned not cleaned I was employed taco bell many years ago over 15 yrs ago poor management not in this area I called a complained she said your the second call I told her to do something about never eat there a gain and I use to love taco bell so sad

Do not go to this KFC ever their food and chicken overcooked hard mashed potatoes and horrible customer service I called back to let them know about their food and was passed around three times before I could even speak to a manager which basically didn't care and said that there was nothing he can do about it very disappointing KFC is one of my favorite chicken spots but I will drive the extra 35 minutes to a different location please please please do not give them the business and if you do it's undeserved

I normally don't complain, but this kfc taco bell (for being normally short staffed) has more complaints about the greedy prices than anything. We paid for a (normally $30 box) $31.98, even though the sign said $31. It's disappointing that they won't let you choose the sides you want, we wanted mac and cheese instead of coleslaw. So I bought a single serving, because it was really for my boyfriend, which was almost less than a $1 than a large (which would have been a 16oz container) we seriously paid $4 ($3 and change) for a scoop of mac and cheese in like a 4oz container (or less). The food was all good just ridiculous prices. I'm not sure why this location has such high rates, could be trying to keep their percentages up, but eventually I'm sure this will cause them to lose business.

Customer service is horrible long wait time cold food rude employees and store is disgusting called in an order and still had to wait over 30 minutes when was told it would be ready in 15 this place needs new management

Trashy, questionable staff choice. One girl had a hickey on her neck. Forgot half my order very slow paced.so not recommend
