KFC, House Springs MO

Stopped in on a Sunday to order a very large amount of food. The food was great and hot. Employee Jen should be recognized for exceptional service and customer care.

Just went to KFC today with my girlfriend we ordered chicken tenders and waited for 10 minutes just get get told it will take 6 min and got told to wait at spot 1 so we waited there and they took an exra 15 min which we started to think they were never going to give to us so we walked up to the drive though window and asked for the manager which the manager sayed sorry and gave us a large instead of a medium but the drive though work was talked to the other working like it was her fault horrible staff good manager then we got home just to have no sauce for the chicken and tje tenders tasted like they were sitting in dirty dishwater

Ordered famous bowl with no corn through door dash. They gave an old famous bowl with so much corn in it. I’m at work so it’s not like I can just run and get another one. I can’t even get a full refund for it. I can’t eat corn. Basically this place doesn’ needs more employees or something

So we get there at 8: 40 p.m. To order some chicken I thought we were hungry after a whole bunch of running around. Thought we could come here and get something to eat oh, so the kids we're running a place said they didn't have any chicken left and it would be about 20 minutes because they had to bread some chicken so we said okay. Then the girl came out to the window again and said that they don't like to drop chicken just before they're getting ready to close and it was still 20 minutes.sounds like a bunch of kids that just didn't want to work

How ridiculous that you cannot go inside to order OR eat indoors. No cash register inside.you have to go to the drive up. I felt sorry for the young lady trying to take orders at her window because the drive thru speaker is broken. This place is going to downhill fast.

Gross.so for starters. My boyfriend said he's ordering kfc and I warned him about how every single time we order there they mess up and they basically take our money and I never get to eat. I said ill just get popcorn chicken God knows they can't mess that up and a chicken little, at all other locations chicken Littles are my fav! This location how ever, the night crew, seem to not have it together. I swear they all must be high or something. One time it took them 1 hour and 30 min after having me pull up and wait for 6 wings and two biscuits! For an order btw that was ordered online and suppose to be ready pick up.tried calling the store multiple times to see if I was forgotten, and if I should come back. Of course no answer. There was no one in line when I got there either. But last night Jan 6th 2022, we doordashed, kfc claimed to have given our food to someone else when we finally got food, my chicken littles bread was so hard it was uneddible either stale or sat under a food heater too long. The chicken goldless and chewy not sure how that happened. My pop corn chicken had about four piece of chicken in it, the rest of the box was full of the crumbs you know the little crunchy pieces at the end of a bag. We had no silverware, no straws, no sauce and no napkins. I could understand no napkins if the food was actually finger lickn good but alas here I am with a one star review. Given this location multiple attempts and not one, not a single time has it been worth our money. Im not sure if the mangers of this location care to fix there problems. They have even told me the dinning room not being opened is because corporate is weird about covid, I asked them why would corporate be worried about covid when not a single one of the workers are even wearing masks. They looked dumbfounded. Seriously fix this restaurant! Find sober workers who actually work! I've never ordered here during the day and I've seen good reviews here so im assuming the day crew rocks, so get your stronger crew to fix the broken, weak, stone minded night crew. Please

Chicken cooked in bad oil taste bad 2 times now the bow didn't have gravy in it chicken breast cooked old grease wont be back

Out of chicken out of tenders. Got the sandwich. Wish I just would have went hungry! It was horrible and old.

Line of cars at the drive through. Dinning in was closed, but alot of people around the counter chatting.got back in line at the drive through and got to the speaker. Well the speaker was broke and had to order at the window.while waiting a lady got out and went to the window because she did't get her cole slaw. Got my order which was supposed to come with cole slaw and mashed potatoes, and pulled up. Thought I'd better check. Did'nt have cole slaw. Now I'm going to the window. The orders are'nt that hard. And I guess my bad, I did'nt ask for butter are anthing so I did'nt get any. Aside from that the chicken was good.

My 8 year old granddaughter said, I thought this was KFC? This is disgusting! The chicken was really dark brown and looked like it had been setting in grease for awhile. The fries were so hard you could not chew them. The inside of the biscuit was OK but the outside was hard and cold. The macaroni and cheese was the best thing and it was cold
If I could give less, I would!

Food is good! Every time I’ve been here though they’ve always forgotten something. For example my boyfriend got us both combo meals: sandwich, fries, drink. The meals came without fries. I made a case just asking for a partial refund since we didn’t get part of our meal. That was about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back

Waited over 45 minutes for our order, after 30 minutes they figured out they were out of biscuits. Had 2 combo meals and both were missing 1 of the sides along with the biscuits. Chicken was ok but the 1 side we did get was terrible. In the last 7 months everytime we have ordered it was either bad food or the order was wrong or BOTH! TIME TO STOP GOING TO KFC!

I was amazed at how professional and friendly staff were. The girl manager who is gorgeous and employee took my order and helped me find the best deal. No sooner had I ordered and my food was done. Definitely recommend to others and coming back!

Need to get their speaker fixed its ridiculous trying to order with inside closed. Wont go back till fixed

Over a month since the drive through intercom went out. Advised corporate two weeks ago. Expect food delay.
