The lady in drive thru needs to cut her nails shouldn’t no fast food worker be working with long nails around food that cause germs and not sanitary workers nails should be cut close not 5 inches long and they don’t use gloves either someone needs to do something quickly before I call the health department

Went to the drive thru. Waited and saw an employee walking out the back door. I asked if I could place and order. He said they were closed so they could change the oil. This was in the middle of the afternoon. No signs posted nothing

Doors locked at 7pm, made me wait in the drive through for my "quick pickup" order, then had me pull around and wait more only to tell me they gave my food to someone else and couldn't give me a refund. No offer to replace food. Invest in customer service training for your employees.

Absolute worst experience getting food I already purchased. I was cursed out for waiting at the window for an order they didn't have in the system, but wouldn't attempt to make when I showed them the order on my phone.

Went through drive through got two #8 5 pc tender with two sides and a pot pie #10 they didn’t give me my biscuits that comes with the meal or my French fries. When I call the phone just rings really horrible I spent almost $30 for missing food I’m so upset because I came all the way home so now my children don’t have half their food. Store #G135841

This store was out of several options, like pot pies, chicken tenders, chicken littles. This happens more often than you might think.

2 employees where high on something and I had to wait for 45 minutes to receive my dinner bad service

Waited over 30 minutes for my food just to get old nasty chicken. There was 3 or 4 employees inside but only one was working. When customers started to complain about the long wait one of the employees said why dont you go to taco bell. So trust me and take the employees advice and go somewhere else

This store needs to be shut down. Whoever is running this place does not know how to operate a restaurant. It takes way too long to get your order and then it’s not even right.

This location is disgusting. Ate inside. They handed me my food on a tray that was so greasy that it almost slipped out of my hands. The table felt greasy. Everything was greasy. The bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in days. They should just close this location if they are going to run it this way.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a eight piece meal and when I got home I opened up the chicken box it looks burnt the chicken was full of Grease including the bottom of the bucket I have been trying all day to call this restaurant considering I live a little distance from the area and the phone has been busy the whole day I am very disappointed in this restaurant at this point I want to speak to a manager and receive a full refund I still have the food I would gladly return it I recommend not patronizing this establishment

I went in to order. The inside has a funny smell. The food was fine but that smell gave me a headache

Went through drive thru got 12pc family dinner just to get all the way home and the chicken be original instead of crispy makes me really angry.then to call and talk to a manager and never get through on there phone they do not answer the phone. Had to call the main kfc to report.will never go back.

Went in to order 25+dollars for old nasty food. Mashed potatoes were so old the gravy was dry and the the potatoes turned grayish brown. Also had to use their restroom suprise I made that out alive. Almost canceled my order cause I know they have to use that bathroom.

They have u waiting a half hour just to order the food and another half hour with no one in line

Had to give my order three different times then we set in the Drive-Thru behind one car for 15 minutes I drove away girl did not know where she was doing

Pulled up to drive thru. No one answered, blew my car horn, no answered. A moment later back door open a man stepped out and yelled “ what the f… do you want”. I replied chicken. He stated “I don’t have any f…… chicken”. I left and I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone else to. Rudeness cursing is not acceptable at anytime nor by anyone. Courtesy and decency are a lost art in our society. So sad.

I watched the girl at the window boldly take a picture of my card with her cellphone and then smirk at me. I attempted to contact the manager after I got home but knew it was a lost cause after she answered the phone rudely with “hello who is this? ” before I could even state the issue. Don’t worry honey what you’ve done is a crime and you’ve been reported.
