KFC, Columbia MO

Definitely not the place to go if you're in a hurry. Seemed a bit overwhelmed with handling service probably because of them being short on staff and a busy drive through. Took at least ten minutes to get any kind of service at counter.

Very dead on the inside.got greeted, the person that took our order looked and acted like he was on drugs would not stop moving would not stop tapping on things jumping around just didn't act like normal.but ended up getting our food correct we got our food hot. Location Columbia Missouri

I routinely visited the nifong location not for the chicken (I prefer my own) but for the coleslaw. I've tried 3-4 times to make my own for sanwiches but never comes out as good tasting. However since their closing the location off stadium is my new slaw hook up. Same great taste, fast and friendly service, ample parking including handicapped and clean lobby now that it's open again.

The food was great only problem I've had the last two times we went they didn't include utensils.

It was awful! Took forever to get our food, finally got it and they cooked the chicken in old grease, the fries were cold and soggy. Was so gross we couldn't even eat it!

Not sure if it was a staffing problem or if they were dealing with rude or stupid customers, but it seemed like it took quite a long time! But I understand if they were dealing with either or both problems I already mentioned! Food was good!

My advice is going there at 11 at the earliest because even though it says the drive through opens at 10: 30 you can get there as early as 10: 25 and their employees will watch you sit there for 5 minutes before telling you it’s going to be an hour long wait till they open. And that doesn’t even compare to when I went there noon the time before that and they said they were closed till 2 and the employees were out front just smoking. TLDR: go to any other KFC then this one. I know I won’t be going there till they get a under new management sign

Just ordered food this evening for myself, husband, and kids. The chicken strips were too dry to eat, the fries were too salty to eat, and the macaroni and cheese was too mushy to eat. $30 gone to waste and I didn’t even waste my time trying to call and complain. I just won’t be back!

Big sign on the door says door is open for mobile orders. Got out of drive thru line to pick up order and doors were locked. Nobody will answer the phone or answer the door. Had to sit in line an extra 30 minutes to get food.
Edit: just tried calling again and instead of answering the left the phone off the hook

Just ordered my food. The line was really long and took over 30 minutes and I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Find out I’m missing an entire meal by the time I got home.

The food is fine, but what is really killing places everywhere is the lack of staffing. It isn't their fault, but it does make for a poor experience. Wait times are high, lobby is closed, and they have closed early multiple times recently due to lack of staff. This seems to be happening everywhere including my place of work which makes me wonder.where did everyone go?

Been to the one on Conley Rd in Columbia Mo.twice in a week an a half. Both times at the drive thru they said they were closed down for 20-30 mins for shift change. That place is a joke an has a bunch of lazy people working there that don't care about the customers or KFC. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I was in the drive through and the first thing this lady asks me is if i wanna buy some sort of school coupon book to help her out. I said no I just wanna order some chicken. Then she gets very rude with me so i told her to change her attitude and she got beligerent. I tried to call the place & ask for a manager but nobody would answer. You need to train your staff at least they are nice over at Popeyes

9/11/21 7: 45 PM. Let me first say I do understand everyone is short staffed these days but this was definitely not a shortage in staff issue! I waited in the driveway over 45 minutes before I and many others pulled off. I wouldn’t of waited that long had I of not had a Door Dash to pick up. ATTENTION ALL DOOR DASHERS. DO NOT AGREE TO PICK UP FROM HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I assure you these folks intentionally had us sit there with absolutely NO movement in hopes we would drive off! SMH. Just Close your doors if you aren’t going to serve us! Clean your staff up! Stop hiring just ANYONE! Ugh

Sooo. I placed an app order, it said the food was ready, so we went to the restaurant. They asked for my name and then said they didn't have my order. I asked what part, they said none of it. No chicken, no potato products, nothing. I legitimately thought it was a prank. Now I wouldn't think they were being dishonest EXCEPT for the fact that they asked for my name first, and since it was a sizeable order, that was a little convenient that they'd be out of everything. When I told my husband, who has decades of experience in food service, he said yeah, they didn't want to make it. I'm not doing business with this location again, and I hope that they reconsider their staffing situation, they're losing a whole lot of money with that kind of business attitude.

They were "Completely out of Chicken, " at 9: 15pm. Why do you stay open to 10pm if you dont wish to do business until then? Youre supposed to sell chicken, during your normal operating hours. Just plain lazy employees trying to turn in earlier and get paid to hang out.

First of all we did not receive what we ordered. We ordered two combos. Each was supposed to have a side of mashed potatoes with no gravy. One of the combos had mashed potatoes with gravy and the other combo didn't have any potatoes at all. I tried to call the restaurant but no one would answer the phone. I tried multiple times. Sigh
