KFC, Marshfield MO

Seemed to be closed in the afternoon on a weekday. Maybe still trapped in there from the lockdowns. I hope someone lets them know they can come out and talk to people now

The staff was wonderful the lady who took our order I think her name was Nikki was prompt and precise the guy who brought us our food I believe his name was Brandon he was very nice and he was good he even managed to go in and get me some cups for my two liter when I asked them to very very good staff

THIS IS THE WORST KFC IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI. I don't normally complain but this is absolutely the worst! I would give this food to a homeless person for fear they would literally choke on it! 4th time in a row I can't chew the Chicken Sandwich nor the fries! My 1 splurge and KFC MARSHFIELD DID NOT FAIL IN UDDER DISAPOINTMENT! I LITERALLY TORE MY GUMS ON IT! NOTHING LIKE THE TASTE OF A BLOODY CHICKEN SANDWICH!

Ok first off, closing at 8pm everyday except Sunday they close at 7pm you guys are horrible food is lousy, I hope you guys close

The guy who took our order and brought it out through the drove thru was so polite, attentive, and kind. I dont know his name, but this was our 2nd time we've had him as our order taker. Great positive attitude

I got a 3pc chicken with mashed potatoes the chicken was thee worst chicken I ever got from KFC it was all dried out. Horrible. The lady threw the drive thru was very nice when she took my order

Gave me really old chicken tenders. Then I called to get my order remade and no one would answer the phone. I called like 20 times. Then I drove back up there and they were closed early.

Messed up our order 3 times and the first time we went in to mention it they insisted we were wrong. No ma'am, we did not go buy Cole slaw somewhere else and replace it with the macaroni that you THOUGHT you put in our bag.

They still do not allow customers to go inside. The cashier had trouble separating our order. The Dr. Pepper tasted like carbon only. But the classic KFC food is fresh & tastey.

We went after church for a family meal & the lobby was not open. This was very disappointing. Then when we got home with our meal the chicken strips were rubbery.

These people just don’t care at all what they give you. Food is terrible and service is even worse.

Fries tast like old grease, we couldn't eat them. The chicken strip were hot though. Pricey for what we got. Drive through

I just came thru the drive thru and saw the man preparing our food and he was NOT I repeat NOT wearing any gloves so I asked the woman do yall not wear gloves when preparing people's food and she said NO NOT UNLESS WE ARE MAKING SANDWICHES! HELLO COVID that is downright disgusting! Yall should be closed down! They also didn't want to give us extra crispy like we asked for said it would take them 25 minutes to make it what is wrong with this branch

The food is just nasty and has been for years honestly. My family and I would gladly spend money on a Popeyes if they replaced this location.

Door dashed where receipt has dipping sauce. And of course the dipping sauce was not with delivered order. If you’re not going to pay attention to filling the order correctly… DON’T offer your restaurant on any delivery service…

This is the absolute worst place ever! The evening staff are out of line they didn't listen at all handed me drinks I didn't order they didn't even ask me what drinks I wanted with my meals the chicken was undercooked and DISGUSTING as can be I didn't get anything I asked for just a bunch of attitude and drama and overcharged for sides that weren't what i asked for! I would NOT recommend this place EVER!

Food is barely edible. You can tell it's probably over an hour old and chew as all be. This seem to be the usual for this KFC which is kind of sad because I know other KFC's are not like this. Hopefully things change with management here
