Do not go here. It's always busy, and they take 20 minutes to make your food, and then let it sit where you can't reach it for another 5

Picked up order and took home to eat. Staff was friendly. Chicken sandwiches were VERY salty. Couldn't eat them.

Ordered 2 famous bowls one of them had so much gravy on it you couldn't even taste the potatoes and there was only 3 pieces of chicken on it. When I called the manager, she basically called me a lier because she kept saying we ALWAYS put 5 pieces of chicken on them. NOT pleasant at all to deal with!

The lady that waited on me at the drive-through window was absolutely sweetheart. Nice lady the food, however, what the worst I’ve ever had at KFC got a four piece ate 1 the biscuit was a rock The food was absolutely disgusting

Went through the drive through and my order was correct and food was hot so can’t complain

Ordered online a 8 piece meal online got there and they had no more chicken left with over an hour left before closing.

My wife and I had the utmost best service ever in the Belton KFC. Thanks especially go out to Katie her above and beyond customer service. Katie helped me with boxes and lid for our leftover food. She took the time to explain how to pack and fold the lids for the boxes and which way the lids went on. Excellent, excellent customer service. This and she is a rarity. Katie keep up the good work and always give customer service the way you did for us and you WILL go far in any business. To the District and store Manager please give Katie something for her excellent service. Thank you Katie, Rick and Carolyn Lakey

Manager keeps yelling at her employees and disrespecting them and choosing favorites in employees I seen 4 sitting around slacking off

I usually only order the coleslaw but I decided to order the #7 which is 5 tenders, 2 sides, a biscuit, and a drink. My chicken was undercooked and my biscuit was moldy. I got sick and I don't know if it was just my food since my 3 year old and my husband also ordered food. I will never eat here again. I'm trying to post a picture of it but for some reason its not letting me.

This place sucks. The help here sucks and the food is terrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Not sure how they are still in business. Trash.

When other fast food restaurants in this area has difficulty in finding good help this KFC finds the best.

Unlike the other area chicken restaurants and burger places this KFC knows how to keep their dinning room spotless. One of several ways I gauge a restaurant is by its restrooms and this KFC has clean restrooms. It tells me the kitchen has already been caught up and is also clean.

I love eating at this KFC for a dozen reasons to name a couple, the large dinning room gives you the feel even when it’s busy you’re not sitting on top of other guests, and the manager builds a relationship with guests taking time to talk and sometimes she sits in the dinning room chatting while she eats.

We all know the frustration of wanting to sit and eat in but you spend an endless hour waiting for your food because the restaurant seems to give greater value to the drive-thru and Door-Dash. Not at this KFC. Get served as fast or faster than the drive thru.

Opened at 10. We are midnight crew. At 10: 10 am everything was from the night before. At 10 am I thought the chicken would be fresh.
ALL the good stuff (skin) had fallen off. Hockey pucks are softer then the Biscuits. Gravy was clumpy and cold.
The service acted as though I beat their dog. Unfortunately this was not the first incident. I will not return.

My boys n I had Fast Food Friday dinner at this KFC. We had 5PC Tenders and 12pc chicken nuggets combos. The KFC chicken nuggets are much better than other chicken nuggets at other places. The Service was great, when my boys needed more sauces n we got when asked for. The place was neat for Friday rush!

We pulled up at 9, they close @ 11. We ordered the chicken nuggets, when we got to the window they said they had just ran out. We had to pull back around to order again. Waited at the window for 7 mins for classic crispy chicken sandwiches, only things that were fresh were our fries. Chicken was very dry and old. Customer service was decent though, the kids working were very nice. Just don’t know why we couldn’t get fresh chicken for the sandwiches.

There were very professional. The food is delicious. Better than any KFC I have ever been too. The food is fresh. I will be returning.

Would have given a 0.01 star if i could have. On multiple occasions have I ordered 1 famous bowl with extra chicken on the side and I have always been charged extra but never received my chicken have been told I'd be put on a list to get a free bowl to correct it but have I ever gotten that no never once have they actually fixed there problem I will say they are the worst kfc around can go anywhere else and get correct he'll even McDonald's in raymore is better now in getting orders correct

"Sorry, we only have wings. " This is why I have quit going to fried chicken restaurants the last few years-they never have what you want. They always make too little and try to make you buy something else. It's a recipe for going out of business. Unlike the Colonel's, that recipe is no secret.

This place is hands down not just the best fast food chicken place around but best all around fast food place in the area. Not once was my order wrong not once was it not fresh. Fast friendly and fresh every time. Amazing work yall and thank you.
