15The lady with purple Hair in the drive thru is rude as f she wants to rush u to take ur order then she wants go hand u ur food and drink with nasty gloves on that r wet and dripping with what ever she has on her hands and gloves and on top of it she had a nasty attitude cuz we was ordering are food she obviously don't need to work in food services that's how she's going to treat her customers I've worked in food service for 10 years and I've never been treated that poorly
I love their famous bowls, but they have gotten a lot skimpier with the chicken and gravy in them. Also, the corn tastes like it was dumped right out of a can. A big disappointment from what they used to be.
The guy working there very polite. Didn't have one item and h and he gave me something else. Is will go back to this one
Ordered online. A large order.told it would be ready in 15 minutes.got the notice that it was ready for pickup. Showed up and a very rude worker said we don't have that much food and it ain't going to be ready. They have zero french fries and didn't offer any solution other than to call the 888 number. We were already out $80 plus. I tried to find the number she was very difficult to find. Immediately went back in and spoke to the manager who then said oh yes we can fill that order but we had to wait because they had to make more chicken this after they told us it was ready to go. Never got a hold of the 888 number and waited another 20 minutes to get an order with multiple substitutions. Never again
I waited in mine placed my order then was told to go to a parking spot after 5 minutes they came out and told me they didn't have any chicken for sandwiches
I've been to this restaurant several times in my life and over the last year, it has become unbearable.
Every time, it's at least a 20-30 minute drive thru process, from waiting at the speaker to waiting AFTER I've already paid.
All this and I still haven't complained.until today. Someone please explain why if my total was $26 and I handed them $31, I couldn't get any change back. She said "I can take $30, but can't give you anything back, " Then proceeded to tell me I need to use my card. She would've gladly let me say "nevermind" and leave.
That is 100% unacceptable.
Their food is not worth the wait for 20 minutes for an online order I placed a half an hour prior to pick up time. The people in the restaurant were rude to my daughter who was picking up my order when I decided to cancel it. I will never visit another KFC again. I have been on hold for 35 minutes to cancel the order and still have not talked to a representative.
Customer service is dead in America!
I can’t comment on the quality of the food because I never received it. However, the service was terrible. Before paying at the drive through, I asked the service attendant to confirm the order. He became irritated and said there were people in line behind me and do you want your food or not? I declined the order. Terrible service. Rude and discourteous. Go someplace else.
Placed an online order for Chicken Tender Meal. Gravy bowl was not secure and spilled onto the entire meal. Chicken tenders were old, and dehydrated. No biscuits were placed in the order.
The meal was not edible.
Called the customer service still waiting on an email for reimbursement.
Went there yesterday for an 8 pice meal around 4: 15pm. I asked for it to be spicy and fried. I was told to get out of line and wait beside the car in line. What? Now I'm blocking traffic. Made no sense. I finally got my order after 15 minutes. When I got home, I had no biscuits, and it was not spicy. I wasted my $30.
I would give it zero Stars if it was an option. Didn't get half fire order. Then would not answer the phone.
The last time I EVER eat at the Barry Rd location. The time before I got food poisoning from the bone in chicken, so I got chicken strips, HORRIBLE! Old and dried out! I should have known better because there is never any cars in the drive thru.
I went in to order but got terribly disappointed because they charged me for KFC Foundation donation which I did not authorize, good thing I asked for my receipt and reviewed the charges. The chickens were also too brown and dry, my guess is, they were old. And they got my orders wrong too. Never again will I come to this place!
I would think the employee were being held hostage there for how terrible they treat you. The customer service is non existent.
This is one of the most sorryest of restaurants I've recently patronized. KFC Corporate has some real PROBLEMS. These problems are present at ALL of the North Kansas City-Gladstone area. (5 stores) A complete "flushing" out of the personnel should be performed. Right now, I have NO place to go to and get some KFC. Changes need to be made!
