Everyone was professional & friendly. Took tim to explain what would happen, etc. Dr. Kincaid has a great sense of humor & put me right at ease.
Loved my experience with Dr. Kincaid and the nurse that assisted him. I was very nervous but they both were very comforting and professional. So happy that I came here to have my tooth removed.
While Dr Kincaid is great, his staff leaves much to be desired. Get your stuff together and act like you care about Dr Kincaid’s patients. The saying goes, the physician may be the best around, but it’s the staff that makes the physician. The lack of follow up when they say they will call to make an appointment to being just disinterested when calling in the office is what has been experienced.
