Very friendly and helpful. When there was an issue they were very professional and made sure it was resolved in a timely manner.

The store seemed to have nice enough furniture but our experience with the staff was just so weird so we went to Ashley’s instead.
I think the sales lady meant well but she didn’t leave us alone for even one second to talk and decide on things. She asked my husband if he had cancer because he was wearing a hat. She was pushy for us to make a purchase. Just generally felt uncomfortable the whole time.

I had a Sectional couch delivered a few days ago and the 2 delivery guys couldn't get it in cause too big so they called the Dan the owner. Dan came over and developed a plan to get the couch in. He had to take the hand railing off and took the door off to Apt. Finally got it in after a couple hours because of his determination to satisfy me. Then he ended up staying until 7: 00 to put everything back together after trying to get the hand rail back the way it was when he took it off. He went over and beyond doing this for me as it would be simple just to say we can't do it but he didn't do that. I highly recommend King Appliance and furniture. Dan will do his hardest to make his customers happy and wanna come back again for sure. THANKS DAN FOR THE AWESOME JOB YOU DID!

I purchased a Crosley upright freezer in August of 2022, less than 3 weeks after they installed it, it quit freezing. I called and was told they no longer had service people and I should call the company. On that call they had me plug unplug ect change some settings and it began working. Today, we came home from 2 1/2 days away, and all of the beef is thawed and blood running everywhere. The temperature on the front shows its freezing, but it isn't. Less than a year old, and paid nearly $1400.00 for it. Buyer beware. There is no service after the sale.
