Told salesman I was from out of town I would be up in 2 hrs or so. Once there it took 30 min to find the salesman
Went to drive the car it had not been cleaned and was out of gas.
Made the deal for $9999. As posted on the site. I was told the car would be detailed serviced and ready to go. 10 days later I go to pick the car up the price was $1399. The car was vacuumed not detailed and a factory add one had been removed
Looking at the tires I don't see how it was serviced with the tires worn down past the warebar. It has now been a month and I still don't have paperwork to get the vehicle licensed or tags put on it.
I have filed a claim with the State Attorney Generals and after I hear back from the state I will be hiring an attorney.

7 months later I still have not received what I was given in weighting.
I am sending a copy to the Attorney Generals office.

Sept 2023 I have never received the spare key fob and key that was taken out of the car before I picked the car up.

The Toyota dealer I traded the q in on didn't need it. And when they tell you you get free car washes at Kia it's a scam as well it was never available.

As much as it pains to me to write this review it has to be done. I bought a 2017 Kia Sorento August of 2021. When I bought it had to have a new radiator put in, and that was okay. It took them almost two weeks to get that done before I finally took possession of the Sorento. For the first couple of weeks the Sorento drove phenomenally, and then suddenly it had an engine light and it was overheating. Took it into the shop to learn that it needed a coolant thermostat. Got the coolant thermostat replaced, and then engine light was back on within an hour. Took it back in and was told that it was just a residual code but the issue was fixed, and they cleared the code.

After that the next day driving it the vehicle was overheating again. I’ve had it in the shop a few times for this issue and the engine light still remains to this day with no real explanation and still has issues with overheating.

When the coolant thermostat was being replaced they also discovered that a E-CVVT cover wasn’t installed and that the gears in the E-CVVT were ground down and it needed to be replaced. This is supposed to be covered under warranty, so they said they would make a claim and let us know. Over the next 1.5 months we called asking if they had heard anything from the warranty people yet, and even got the cover installed during this time. Each time we were told there was no response until the final time we called and they told us there was no record of us needing the work done at all and that it was fine.

Fast forward to two weeks ago and the engine starts knocking and can’t go over 25. It gets parked and towed to Kia for repair. They take a couple days to even take a look at it or listen to it and instantly discover it needs a new engine so they order the part. We were told that it should be all done by the end of this week. I’ve called to check in a few times to see how it’s going and get an update and keep getting told the end of this week. When I called on Monday I was told the part had arrived and it should get in the shop in the next day or two and the fix will only take a day and a half. I call on Wednesday for an update and it’s still not in the shop. Now I come in this afternoon, and I’m told it won’t be in the shop until Tuesday afternoon and they’re not sure how long it will take except that it’s a Kia Sorento motor so shouldn’t take long. No loaners available, which is normal, but the part has been in for a week and it’s still not in the shop. We’ve had to cancel several appointments due to not having our vehicle, and still won’t have it for at least another 5 days if not longer. This issue also could have potentially been avoided if the original issue with the gears on the E-CVVT had been fixed, although this part is merely speculative albeit most likely accurate.

None of this even mentions when the service department thought they could take advantage of my wife after we got a quote on serval parts including tires, and they put the most expensive tires on instead of the ones we were quoted for without even consulting her and then charged her for it. My wife has anxiety and doesn’t like confrontation so she paid and I had to call letting them know how unacceptable that was. I will concede that after I spoke with them they did give me a check for the difference in price in the tires and I do appreciate that, but there’s no reason that it should take this long to get the work done and our vehicle returned. 2 years of issues and being blown off and redirected to wait endlessly for answers, and here we are being blown off some more for an issue that most likely could’ve been avoided if someone had just done their job to begin with. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied and would really love some resolution to this issue.

We had an amazing experience selling our truck at Ed Morse Kia. Dalton gave us a great price and was very friendly, thorough, and professional. I normally don't feel great walking away from a dealership but after our experience with Dalton, we will be customers for life.

Call made an order for a part. Suppose to get it in a week. After the week I was suppose to get it I called about it. Once I got the part it and my vehicle was going to a scheduled appt at another mechanic for installment. They said they don’t know anything about my order. After many people on the phone they explain my order for lost in the transition to ed Morse ownership. (Okay wish I was notified) no big deal let’s get it ordered again. I should expect it Saturday or Monday at the latest. Come Wednesday never heard nothing. Called and they explained to me that they have no idea when it’s going to come in. This time I expressed that these things need to be explained to the customer. Again I would have never known unless I called and helped them do their job of informing me about their business handlings. Very unprofessional. Now I have to call and find another part elsewhere and hopefully get it before my appointment or I’ll have to reschedule which he stays 3 weeks out. This is a very big inconvenience since this vehicle is the family vehicle for my Child and spouse. Very unimpressed would highly recommend going elsewhere unless you want unexpected and unannounced scenarios happen.

Absolutely will recommend I bought a car that I loved kept asking if I needed more coffee very well managed Dakota was the best never got impatient I've been to several dealerships none as good as kia kingdom in rolla I actually enjoyed my experience

Pete is who I have been buying from for years. Great salesman. Service department great work. Only issue is KIA manufacturer is not very speedy. Been trying to get an answer on replacement of my audio system for a few months. And service department should give updates at least every two or three days. Have bought 4 or 5 vehicles from pete he is the only one I buy from there.

Kingdom Kia is literally the most annoying and unprofessional dealership I have ever interacted with. They called me a few months ago saying “We have in our system you called to look at a telluride two years ago are you still interested”. And then I said you know what sure I’ll just go look at one but I’m not rushing to buy anything or caring to buy right now. I cancel the appt I made because my daughter had a seizure and we went to the hospital I let them know before I was supposed to be there and they answered and acknowledged. The guy I was supposed to talk to about this car proceeds to call me and tell me (while i’m in the hospital with my daughter) “If you’re coming to look at this car someone is here to test drive it right now you might want to get here fast”. I told him “sell it I don’t care I literally told you two hours ago I was in the hospital with my kid). Everyday to every two days him and another female have called me about coming to look at cars several times a day and will not stop. I’ve blocked them and they make new numbers to call from. It’s ridiculous.

Started off good ended with the poorest management and customer service I’ve ever seen at a car dealership. The dealership to start is small is comparison to many others I have been to. With that being said their inventory was limited but they had a new Kia carnival on the website due in that was the build we wanted. Courtney kept in contact and with us about when it would be on site. Once it arrived we worked out an appointment time on Saturday morning to come test drive it. Courtney did great checked in with me Saturday morning to make sure we would still be able to make it. Told her I was getting my little ones ready and we would make the 40 minute drive and be early to our appointment. Arrived early to be told the minivan was in for inspection from arrival and would be ready to drive in 30 minutes. Told them not a big deal I would take my kids and wife to lunch and be back. Come back an hour and a half later to be told the minivan had sold Friday night. Now I get not being able to hold a vehicle. But don’t sell a car on your small inventory, call me the next day to look at it, allow me to show and say it’s being inspected, not call me once you know it’s sold and allow me to show back up and then be like sorry we don’t hold vehicles. The fact you can’t keep track of your inventory and waste my time driving to you and getting my new born and 2 year old out waiting on a car you sold is completely unacceptable. I will never deal with this place ever nor recommend it to anyone.

We Recently purchased a 2024 Telluride from Chris Jackson at Kingdom Kia. He was extremely refreshing personal and listen to my every need and want. I wanted to trade it in my Lincoln for a new ride, but wanted the new one to have the options that were in my current vehicle. We have been to many other dealerships, and just weren’t finding the vehicle that we were wanting. After driving a few different vehicles, Chris recommended the Telluride after listening to my needs and wants in a vehicle. We were extremely happy with the service he provided. One of the things that really stood out to me was once my husband told him that it was my vehicle. He spoke to me instead of my husband. As a woman you don’t get that often and it was greatly appreciated. In other words he understood that assignment. I have been driving my car for three weeks now and it a perfect match for me. Thank you Chris! I 100% recommend Kingdom Kia.
