2My daughter let her friend drive her car. She bumped into Mr. Kinney's car. He told her no big deal nothing is damaged so don't call the police I am an attorney it is no big deal. Then my daughter gets a call that he is filing a claim. He knew the system and how he could take advantage of two young girls and that is what he did. Her insurance had to pay $5000 to him. Now her insurance will go up! Warning anyone that would do that to a young girl is not someone you want to work with.
Brandon is the worst! He rescheduled my court date 4 times! Never had an update on my case. Never answered my calls, emails, msg. A couple days before the court date he filled MOTION TO WITHDRAW himself without noticing me! Wasted my money and 6 months! Now I have an arrest warrant, a bond to pay and a new attorney to pay! Way to go Brandon Kinney! When you have to pay at the beginning he will be very receptive then after that goodbye! Unprofessional!
