This is the best experience I've had in a long time! Kirk s was recommended to me as an excellent place to get my car repaired, and I wholeheartedly agree!

Had two bad door dents with scratches repaired today. Truck is black which made the damage really visible. When I got it back, it was just like it never happened! Great job, fair price, and in good time. Couldn't be happier.

Hate to admit this, but I knocked the GPS antenna loose on hubby's car when our garage door malfunctioned and didn't go all the way up. Put a pretty decent dent in the roof as well. Kitk's made it look like it never happened! And at way less than the dealer wanted. WAY LESS. Definitely recommend their service!

Great customer service! I went in with what I thought was going to be an ordeal but the owner and staff quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and I was back on the road! They made my day and I would highly recommend this place!

I showed up with the parts, but took it right in and 20 minutes later they were done. I can open my driver side door! Free of charge at that! Much appreciated, more than ever. Thank you Kirk's Collision Center.

So happy to have my truck back. A few weeks my daughter and I were rear ended in an accident. I brought my truck to their insurance company's suggested repair center and of course they only quoted half the work I needed done. Brought it to Kirk's and they fought hard to get it back to its original state. Shout out to Kirk's Collision Center - highly recommended.

I was referred to Kirk's by the dealership I always go to in Springfield after getting into a car accident in July and this place is incredible. They were able to do my estimate and give me all the details that I needed to pass along to my insurance. The staff is extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. They got my car fixed in a week which surprised me because of how busy they are. If you need an estimate on your car or need it fixed, Kirk's is the only place to go!

My son installed new low beam headlights in my car. However, he didn't get them aimed quite right for me. I tried several mechanics shops but they didn't have the proper tools to properly align the lights. They all recommended Kirk's Collision Center so I called Kirks at 1pm. The friendly lady that answered the phone told me to bring my car over at 1: 30pm. I did and the mechanic took my car right in. Five minutes later, he returned with the car, headlights correctly adjusted. When he didn't present me with a bill, I asked how much I owed. Unlike other Collision shops I've experienced, he said, " you don't owe anything. " You don't see that kind of service at chain shops. Kirk's takes customer service to a whole different and pleasant level. I saw the same care with other customers and the work being done in the shop. I would definitely use them for any Collision repairs I might need.
