I was recommended by dentist to schedule an appointment with them. However, I been calling trying to schedule an appointment no one has answered or return my calls. Made the decision not to even choose them as my orthodontist if it’s this hard to speak to someone and after reading the reviews I made a great decision not to.

Don’t waste your time or money.i was getting seen regularly by them and it was always some type of issue, whether it was with scheduling or billing.i’ve gotten teeth removed UNDER THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS that i didn’t even need removing and have went way past my treatment plan.i am now currently in the process of trying to switch orthodontists and i can’t even get anyone on the phone to discuss the paperwork i need to submit because no one ever answers.don’t waste your time with these rude people.if i could give them no stars that would be better.

The man who I made an appointment with had a very nasty attitude over the phone. He told me one date then proceeded to tell me another before the call ended. This is why I read the reviews first, nobody’s want that negative energy.
