This is the most difficult office to get in contact with. It doesn’t matter the time of day no one answers the phone, nor do they return messages.

I have seen a few providers with KMC and they have all been great. I have had a few appts now with Laura Badami and just love her! Very professional but also very warm and friendly which makes treatments etc less stressful. She has really helped me with issues with my skin and hair loss after having a baby. I highly recommend her!

I went in to have an open sore that would not heal looked at. The NP looked at it and froze it along with several other spots on my hands and arms. A second follow up was scheduled which they cancelled and have never rescheduled. I have tried calling numerous times with no answer every time. Nothing has healed and the open sore has become even more irritated.

This is the worst doctor/customer service experience I have encountered in over 60 years. The lack of professionalism and virtually no doctor accountability is not acceptable.

My primary care physician wanted to know where the biopsy was and was astounded when they heard KMC tried to merely freeze an open raw wound.

This would be a zero star rating if it was allowed. Worst service ever….

Went to this joke of a practice for a wart that came up on my finger. After waiting for the doctor for nearly an hour after i was called from the waiting room. Dr Allen came in and looked at my finger and within 5 seconds said he "couldn't work on it. Its not a wart its a cyst"
So i was sent to a plastic surgen. The surgen of course operated on my hand. Removed the growth and had it test it was a common wart.
Oh and Dr allen said he wasnt going to charge me. But guess what i got in the mail? A bill. Instead of fighting big brain for it i just paid it. What do they call a docotor at the bottom of his graduation class? A doctor.
Go somewhere else.

I used to love my doctor and this clinic a few years back. Unfortunely I went in again a few months ago to get accutane as I have painful and cystic acne. Not a single person reached out to me or quest diagnostics to tell us that my labs were never received when I got them done. The phone goes straight to voicemail as well and I didn’t have time to go in person until this week. I finally got an appointment and spoke to someone after going in person and asking what the issue was. Once again my provider didn’t reach out for two days. I had to make an appointment for a urine test and paperwork that is delaying my start date for the medication which is ridiculous considering the last two times that I did these in office a nurse or assistant was the one to handle it anyways. They claim they have a high turnover which I why I ‘fell through the cracks’. I personally saw it as a poor excuse as this is medically necessary and whether they lost employees or not shouldn’t justify my provider (Singh & Caldwell) forgetting about me. Who knows, they might finally reach out after this review but it won’t change the fact that I’m sitting here in pain and discomfort while hating my skin for an extra month due to her negligence. Luckily I don’t pay out of pocket but I’m definitely going to call my insurance and tell them that my last appointment did nothing for me and they failed to provide me with proper care. If you want to stick to KMC, pick another provider. Honestly you’d be better off picking another one of their locations that actually answers their phone. I wish I could but I have to settle with them for now. Will update after I see my new provider.

My Dr referred me to KMC dermatology. KMC called while I was at work to schedule my appointment. I have called a couple of times a day to schedule my appointment and NO ones answers the phone ever! Hope noone has a seriously issue trying to go here, they won't answer your calls.

I called regarding some painful eczema that my 7 year old had. He was in tears from the pain and they got us in the very next day. They were very good and I was very grateful they were so caring about my son being in pain. We were treated very well.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. A biopsy was taken of a sore (I had multiple). It showed I was allergic to a medicine. So, they took labs which medicare did not approve. It took forever to get results only to be told NOT meds and I need to see an allergist. They were slow to answer questions and never gave a straight answer. So, here I am still with multiple spots all over my body and no answers. I will say that on my own I stopped most of my meds resulting in No new bumps. However, I still don't know which one is the culprit. If you have real issues, DO NOT GO HERE!
