When I think of my favorite pictures of myself, some of the first I remember are those that Kirsten took of me. I was a college freshman, she was a junior transfer, and we were new friends that didn't have much time to spend with each other. She texted me on a foggy, rainy, Fall afternoon, asking if I wanted to do an impromptu photoshoot. I had to hold myself back from sounding too excited in my reply. The resulting photos are dreamy, whimsical, almost fantasy-like. And they were of me! Not some inaccessible, austere version of myself, but actually me; a me that I was proud of. I still don't know how she did it. She's incredible.

Kirsten has the ability of making the ordinary look magical. We’ve had her do portrait sessions with our kids on multiple occasions. We love her photography. And not only is she a great photographer, she’s just a fun person, so helps to put the kids at ease during their photo shoots.

I cannot recommend Kirsten enough. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, is quick to send the finished product, but best of all- she has an eye for the real you. So if you want photos that capture your unique personality and your special moments, you will not be disappointed. Kirsten makes magic!
