Fine store, sometimes people want to do in store shopping rather than on line shopping. Seeing the items up close and personal is far and away better than on line only.

I suffer from paranoid schizophrenia and while I was asking for a sample of a facial moisturizer and Sephora the two ladies that work there turn their backs on me and began to whisper in low tones for several minutes then turning back to me and handing me the sample making me feel extremely uncomfortable unwelcome and talked about. I mentioned this to them and they acted like I was the problem. I would give zero Stars if I could

The ladies at Sephora inside Kohls are top notch. I went to them in a panic because my brother's wedding was the next day, and both my makeup artist cancelled and makeup had expired. They jumped into action to give me the products and samples needed to carry me through that day. They listened carefully to my skin concerns, were kind and thoughtful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you ladies!

The sales woman in the men's department really knew her stuff.
I like wearing button up shirts and she took the time to show me specific button up shirts that I liked but didn't know I liked.
Now that's a good sales lady.
The power of suggestion.
Plus I found new shoes that I liked.
The store was clean.
Well organized because there were people in each department that stocked and organized their department.
And they know what their department has to offer.
So when I asked the woman In the shoe department where I could find a specific shoe that I like.
She took me right to it.
Now that was a nice shopping experience.
Especially on a sunday

2 overpriced on a lot of things. Did have a nice extra large clearance rack two or three racks some of the stuff was still a little high but I found some good deals the only reason I gave it three stars is because of their price points other than that everybody was helpful

Great store. So many choices on everything. Very friendly cashiers and a fast no hassle return on items.

So I came here years ago and I had multiple employees be rude to me about asking for help finding a plus size coat. I decided I wouldn't come back.
I happened to come back as a last resort, found out they don't carry women's clothes over 2x anymore.

The cashier was rude and uptight. She canceled the transaction about four different times, as the screen said "cancel PO transaction " then we had to start over. Didn't know the number for my rewards. She said there was no way to search. Then the screen asks for my email and I am just staring at it. I thought to email a receipt, which I don't want or need. A minute later I said something and she replies, "It is going to search by email and it is waiting for you. " Really, when she didn't know what she was doing, said no way to search, and canceled the transaction 3 or 4 times. Then she said, "This is a process. Each button has a process. " What the hell does that even mean? Means she did not know what she was doing. Rocket mechanics.
