Kohl's, Blue Springs MO

Would like to see more of a selection of women's clothing. Seems rather sparse at the Blue Springs location.

I don’t know what’s going on at this store lately, and I’m not one to post critical reviews but the store is an absolute mess. I literally spent 45 minutes picking up clothing and hanging it back up just to determine if they had sizes I needed. I know this location is usually excellent so I’m not sure if this is a staff shortage or poor management? Either way, I am inclined to visit a different location and just hope it’s not an indication that Kohls isn’t doing well.

As always, stocked shelves, clean, prices were great. A little crowded, line moved fast. Bathrooms clean and lots of room for a wheel chair. Parking was pretty full.

I will return to shop again. Great customer service. Found all the right sizes. Everyone loved their gifts. Thank You Kohl's.

Quick shopping- pre- black friday. Easily got in & out. Selection was pretty good, store is easy to move through, staff were very kind & helpful

The store was a mess of clothing on the floors, piled on top of racks, Sam's hangers, and just all over the place unfolded. We asked where something was located and the associate barely stopped talking to her friend to direct us. (Terrible directions.)

My favorite Kohl's. Everyone working there is professional and kind and mine was even a little witty which I love. I treat you like you're their only customer. They make you feel like You're the only customer. I Forgot the name of the manager that helped me but she was great.

Customer service is wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I love that I can take my Amazon purchases back here!

Terrible for shopping, shoe section is very unorganized and stickers were placed over the shoe sizes so that you couldn’t read it. Will not be shopping here again!

Everyone’s always been a great help when I have questions as I always forget the layout of the place. Clean, well kept location

They need to have scooters or atleast higher chairs. My mom and I would buy alot more but we get to tired and our legs hurt walking in the store. My mom is 88 and we can't even try on any shoes because the chairs are so low to the ground weld never get back up.

I ALWAYS love going to Kohl's, especially when I have the Kohl's Rewards Cash to spend, plus my rewards that build up monthly. This is the only place I go to buy my Levi's, along with anything else I see that I like, within reason. My husband HATES Kohl's cash because that means I will go back and spend my Kohl's cash, my rewards and then if there's anything else I need to pay, it goes on the card. I don't ever overspend on any card we might have, I just love Kohl's. ️

Had several returns, the woman that helped me was very polite (unlike the last experience I had in this same store) and was very proficient at her job

Friendly staff, clean store, laid out well, wife kids and I visit at least once a month, seems to be the best location for shoes and clothes for our kids

My husband and I had breakfast here. He had the quick breakfast and I had 2 gluten free pancakes and 2 turkey bacon. Our server, Reggie, was very attentive.

Love the Amazon returns in the back of the store. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. I can get a wide variety of things in there.

Had good deals but the associate that helped us was very rude. I don’t remember her name but she was not helpful & had a bad attitude.

To the manager on duty 12/17/18,5pm - 8pm, I believe your name is Eric, these two women, plus your customer service staff that evening, went above and beyond great customer service! Heather D.could tell I was overwhelmed with "my list" for Christmas shopping. Without blinking a eye she offered to become my "personal shopper". (Even tho she was due to clock out, she stayed with me until I was done.) ~Nobody does that ANYMORE! " Ty Heather D. ~

Not impressed with customer service. In fact, there was no customer service. I didn't spend any money because of the flippant personnel.
