It's OK for women who like clothes, personality i get bored out of my gourd wandering around in there because there is nothing interesting to look at, no power tools, fishing gear, hunting gear, gun's, knifes, not even any camo clothing, if I ran the company I would put in an Army/Navy surplus section in the corner that would keep us guy's occupied while the lady's racked up our credit card bill

Kohl's is undeniably on the pricier side, but one thing I appreciate is their Kohl's Cash program. While their prices can be steep, getting a bit of that money back in the form of Kohl's Cash helps take the edge off the expense. It's a smart way to encourage repeat shopping and soften the blow on the wallet.

The store departments have been moved around and it does not flow well.

I was very disappointed in their apparel and jewelry selection.

Worse place was dirty and we left the ck outline due to there was 5 of us in line and nobody came.

Clothes not folded all on floor just don't go there

Usually very clean. Has great prices. Easy parking. Smells good when you walk in the door. Usually easy to checkout as well. Something for all ages.

Couldn't find the pillow as advertised. No one to help in the department. Asked cashier about it and she had no clue and did nothing to help me

The store was great. Found some good deals. The cashier was a little pushy when it came to me wanting to put something back and not getting the credit card. Overall it was a good trip.

In my opinion the quality of Kohls has declined in the last couple of years. Store was ok, hard to look thru clearance racks, they were so full. Not one employee I saw said anything to me. I would go back if I had a 30% off coupon and they had something I wanted, other than that I won't go back.

Okay place to shop. I usually just stop in to see if there's any good buys or marked down items. Can usually find the items I'm looking for cheaper at other stores. Customer service is not good at all. Never have I had anyone ask me if I needed assistance or just ask if I was doing okay.

Was in customer service picking up an order. Line moved decently fast considering it was the Christmas season.

So. I always love Kohl's. They've always got several large racks of sale items. My only issue is that I wear a particular style of Levi's and they only stock them in skinny, stretch, or straight leg. Not everyone is into that, nor are we all little guys. I'm 6'1", 195. I need thigh room.also, when I checked out, I was asked if I found everything I needed. When I said no, but it's ok, I was not given the 15% discount that everyone in front of me got and the security tag got left on the one pair of jeans I did find. I'd have to say it was intentional, but idk. Clean store, fully stocked, just understaffed like everyone right now.and that kid that rang me up. Oh well. I'll go back.

As an Amazon return facility I feel that they should be able to make Amazon returns during the hours they are open. I went there today and after falling walking into the store trying to read the sign on the door stating that they are not accepting Amazon returns today I tried calling to see if they will be accepting them later today or tomorrow I get no one to answer the phone. I am very unhappy with them and if they do not accept returns tomorrow I will complain to Amazon. I am disabled and can't keep running up there every day checking to see if they feel like accepting Amazon returns that day.
