Kohl's Joplin

I was surprised at how clean they kept the store due to covid. Each cashier wiped down their station between each customer. The shopping carts were cleaned individually between each use. And as always amazing sales and coupons.

I asked for help 2 different times without getting any and a checker was coughing all over everyone

Found what I was looking for very quickly. Even tried on a few things, bought more than I expected. Good quality clothing at reasonable prices, with very friendly and helpful sales people!

We love Kohls, but its hard to find our sizes. But love the quality and prices, their sales are awesome!

Best place in joplin to shop for top name brand clothes and shoes & household items plus it's nice to have the kohl's credit card only place I shop for me my wife and kids

The customer service was very helpful and friendly. The prices were good too; same thing Macy's had but cheaper! My husband bought pants and a button down shirt.

Had some great deals, was able to get a few dresses and pants for kiddos at up to 80% off. Awesome deal! Had a great selection to browse through. They extremely busy but had minimal wait at the checkout.

I like everything and the people there are just amazing i recommend going to kohl's for good quality stuff.

Too expensive for what they've got. I'm a larger sized guy and their selection is pretty limited and to expensive ($70 for jeans?). They have a clearance rack, but it's picked over so bad it's not worth going through. Great that they recognize Big and Tall men (something most in Joplin don't do), but the selection isn't worth the effort.

Another reason Joplin is becoming a favorite weekend destination. It seems that around every corner in Joplin is something worth visiting like Kohl's.

Our whole family loves Kohl's. We all shop there for our clothes. The everyday prices ain't bad but when the discounts come off of clearance prices, the savings are amazing!

Ran in to pick up an online order. Quick in and out, highly recommend doing it this way if able to get items in Joplin.

Get more cashier's if your company policy is is to use coupons. It takes WAY too much time. Waiting in line behind just one person is 5 minutes plus. Not cool.

Descent store for clothes shopping for the kids lots of gift idea as well so much better than Walmart don't mind shopping here

Great place for good deals and was gave a 30 dollars discount on my next purchase from them that is good starting the next day, friendly staff more than willing to help with guestions & or concerns of the coustomer

It was a great store to work at, I loved it.

The only problem I had is with two managers. Both managers talk negatively to you in front of customers and think nothing of it. They both need to take a course on business etiquette. Associates don’t need to be disciplined in front of customers or be treated like a child either.

It just seems that the store is filled with wrinkled and disorganized poorly made clothes. The store merchandise is uninspiring and dull. Lots of special sales and incentives to try and persuade the shopper back to the doldrums. Yawn.

Lot's of sales, coupons, Kohl's cash & discounts! (ways 2 save) Unique pieces, & brands. An array of High end to moderate products. Organized store & 4 the most part, friendly employee's.

Love this store! Great prices, although I noticed that there the prices and sales are not as good around back to school time. Never have to wait in long lines. Great employees very friendly and helpful, customer service for returns or refunds is very quick.

Great place to shop. Some items are a little high priced and shoes in my size are very few. Love shopping the clearance for good deals.
