Don't need to add anything, received professional help with my situation and went about my day

Bought first track skid loader form Bailey and dan. We live four hours away and any questions we had Bailey walked us through it. If you have a problem these guys make it right. They handle buisness the way every buisness should. Extremely trust worthy and knowledgeable guys. We’ve recommended them to everyone we know looking for a loader and we will definitely be buying from them again.

Bailey was great to work with, easy to deal with and very helpful all around. Definitely recommend them for any equipment the sell.

I had my mind made up on what I thought I needed in a machine. After talking with Bailey he helped point me in the right direction on a machine that better suited me even though it was cheaper. Loving my machine still after two months.

I recently had a disappointing experience with K's Equipment after purchasing a rock root/grapple bucket attachment. I had consulted with the store personnel to determine which attachment would be the most suitable for my needs, and they recommended the rock/root grapple bucket. Despite my hopes for a sturdy model, the attachment turned out to be quite flimsy and easily bent even with light use. The rock rake was particularly disappointing as it seemed to be built poorly, with the grapple arms being stronger than the frame. Unfortunately, when I attempted to pick up a 20-30lb rock, the grapple arms caused the frame to bend, rendering the entire bucket useless. In hindsight, I should have returned the attachment as soon as I saw it on the trailer.

When I contacted Bailey from K's Equipment to address the issue, he initially promised to make things right. However, despite my repeated attempts to reach out to him, he did not answer my calls or respond to my messages. It was also disheartening to discover that the same attachment is available from other sellers for half the price. Overall, I regret my purchase from K's Equipment and recommend that others check prices elsewhere before committing to a purchase from them.

This company has the worst costumer service! Extremely rude. Sold “new equipment” that broke the first time we used it. Would give negative stars if I could.

K's Equipment is the go to for all your skid steer needs, they made things very easy with my work schedule. From sending pictures, to getting it delivered they have been great I will be back for an upgrade down the road.

Working with a company out of state and going off photos alone can be difficult and leave you a little skeptical but not with K’s. Since our original conversation all the way through the purchase process Bailey and his team have been honest, fair and professional. They also got everything arranged and my newly purchased skid steer and implements got delivered promptly and at a fair price. I’m very pleased with my experience with everyone at K’s Equipment and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality skid steers and implements.

I bombarded both of them with a ton of questions, and both were fantastic at advising me, true professionals in their business! I did have a small issue with my machine after I received it. Many businesses these days claim to support their Troops, Veterans, and First Responders. Not many stand up to their claims once they have you in the door and fall short with poor service or a small discount on something already over priced. There is clearly a lack of true professionalism and integrity in todays consumer market.
That being said, I was on the search for a skid steer and had no idea what I was getting into except for some information I read and a bit of advice from friends. After a phone call with Dan, the owner, and a promise of “we support our veterans”, I made my way to Desoto. When I showed up to K’s, I was greeted with professionalism and a desire to earn my business. Both Dan and Bailey worked to ensure I had several options to choose from and brought all three Skid Steers into the warm shop for my inspection. I also had my 1 year old son with me and Dan even made sure he had his own set of equipment to play with while we chatted about my options.
All of my questions were answered without reservation. Both Dan and Bailey were up front and gave honest opinions of the machines I had within my budget and where I stood on adding accessories and attachments. All I can say is with my ignorance, these two gentlemen could have taken me to the cleaners but they didn’t even try.
This business really does honor its Troops, Veterans and First Responders. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism and integrity. Not only did I stay within my budget, I was matched with a machine that fit every need I had and then some. I also decided to purchase a trailer, and attachments which were all very reasonably priced. I cannot tell you how much they took care of me but I will tell you that these guys took care of me. I highly recommend this business and thank them for everything.

If you are in the market for skidsteer are any attachments k’s Equipment is the place to go its well worth the trip. Talk to Bailey and he will hook you up. He will bend over backwards for you like he did with me. I bought a hd grapple from them and its a stout piece of equipment and their prices are awesome!

Dan was great to deal with. Very happy with the TL10V2. Seems like what they said it was. Cant wait to put it to work in the morning.
