Kum & Go reviews
5On 12 /25 2023 employees refused to sell my 26 years old kids play station cards because it was q0pm so I had to drive out of my way to another kum and go that would sell it to me so if you need anything but fuel soda and snacks after 10 you won't get it at the chestnut and west bypass location
Was told to keep my backpack outside before I could come in. All this lunacy is bordering on violating civil liberties.
To the lady that works the register at night, you don’t have to be so condescending when someone doesn’t work for kum and go and does t want to use self check out. You use to be such a sweet lady but lately you’ve been rather rude and hateful. Very disappointed in this place. Just because someone doesn’t want to do your job at the register, you know the one that you in fact were trained for by the company, then quit. You don’t have to be so ugly. But considering everything, y’all cater to the crackheads that pretty much live in your outside patio. Sad to say that one of the most reliable places has the worst people working for them. Don’t go here
I drive for Uber, and twice now I've gone there to get gas and went inside to pay and also got a beverage and a snack and came back outside and filled up my car then wash my windows and had an employee name to Dustin come outside and tell me to leave while I'm washing my windows. I told him I would finish washing my windows and leave when I was finished and he told me both times he would call the police. The second time he taunted me saying are you going to leave before they show up? I believe the whole point was to leave as he requested but also I had a ride request as I am working and had no intention to spend any time hanging out at the gas station. I was told I was loitering. I don't believe he understands the meaning of the word. The second time I waited for the police to arrive and because he requested, I've been trespassed from going to that gas station simply because I was washing my windows. The police even encouraged me to call corporate.
