They did a great job. I can actually see out of my windshield again. I don't know why they make windshields so hard to clean anymore. I have short arms and its hard to reach all of it.

Staff were friendly, some worked harder than others, and it showed in the end. As I drove off, I noticed the windshield was not wiped down but only on half of it, and there were streaks all over. Check the work before you drive off! They did do a good job vacuuming and getting all the acorns!

First time I had been there for detail work. Staff was very friendly and thorough. My car was extremely dirty and now it looks like a new car. Great job.

I’m new to Jefferson City, so this was my first experience. I got the car wash and requested the interior done for an additional $30.00. My grandson and I waited in line for about an hour, and when it was done the young lady asked for me to look at it, and I immediately noticed crumbs between both front seats and the console. So she took the car back in and vacuumed it. I drove off, but the next day felt something sticky by my emergency brake on the console, and it was. Also the cup holders were dirty and sticky!

Horrible service & I won't go back.

I called the day prior to my visit to ask if I could use a complimentary car wash card towards a detailing, because I didn't want a wash. The associate said that'd be fine & it'd take $10 off the $30 total. I arrived the next day and asked them to clean everywhere inside including the console. After they completed the cleaning, I looked at the car & checked the console. It wasn't touched. I told an associate who came back out & started cleaning the cup holder, I pointed out the console, he got confused, I told him the arm-rest lifts up, he was still confused, so I got in the car also & lifted it up. He said, "oh, I don't know what that is in there, but we can't clean that". I explained that's one of the main reasons I was there & what I asked about before having the service done. He said, "we can use acid, but we're not supposed to inside the car. ", then he started cleaning the cup holder a second time. I said ok & left. Down the road I noticed crumbs in the seats, debris under the seats, and grit in the door handles. This was an awful job at the Edgewood location & I will not return. I'd advise anyone who can vacuum their own car to do that, because you'll get way better results & not waste $30.

Good place. Became a member since there are 3 locations in town and all of them are nice. Entry sprayers always take extra time with or without tip every time.
