Incredibly rude and absolutely unacceptable customer service. We’ve tried to use them twice for oil changes and the same older gentleman has been disrespectful on both occasions. I left this time before even allowing them to start my oil change and will not return or recommend their business to anyone.

Will be my last carwash after 35+ years here. Stall didn't have normal pressure and after I was done, I tried to find a technician and had to question the lube people, which didn't say a word and one just followed me without saying anything. I changed stalls and started using the next one over. I started using the soapy brush, which only had soap, not even a little water, which is impossible to spread, plus it can damage the paint if you don't have water. In hindsight, I think I've had pressure problems here before. But when the older man passed me as I just started soapy brush cycle I said there needs to be more water in this soap, and he said rudely, "it is just soap! " and walked away.
1) There's a brand new carwash down the street! You'd think you'd want to keep the few customers you still have!
2) When someone complains - it's to HELP you keep customers happy!

Good luck with your attitude! You should just retire!

Just stopped by to get my oil changed. The hours sign said that they were open till 6pm. I arrived at 4: 45pm and waited quite a while. Eventually someone came to the window/door and yelled at me through the window that they were closed. Pretty disappointing. I don't often get off work in time but did today with no results.

Took car for oil change and was fine when I went in, 2 hrs later I have 1 flat tire, 1 over inflated tire. And 2 under inflated tires. The guy on the phone needs customer service training! For $85 I shouldn't have any issues when the car didn't have any when it went in!
